The way that the bathroom door opens can be a little intrusive (moves both ways).

I have stayed at this hotel previously, so I kind of knew what to expect. Close to the city, but also reasonably free of the traffic noise that you get in cebu! Room was very clean, and cleaning staff were very prompt every day (thank you!) Bathroom is beautiful, but a little small for a Westerner 🙂 Breakfast was nice, and the dining area had lots of natural lighting, very nice! Food selection was nice, and all staff were very polite and happy. Certainly makes a difference to your trip, thanks.

Just some minor maintenance things, floor was damaged in our room and door to adjoining room was warped.

The rooftop bar is great, room was clean and comfortable. Good location, easy walking to a big shopping mall.

It was a good place for the night on the way to other attractions on Bohol/Cebu

Big room and a free welcome drink which was nice. Good water pressure. The roof top bar and restaurant provided a great spot to spend the evening. The view of the city is brilliant up there.

- The nearby streets did not feel very safe for walking. - Hotel staff keep every guest an extra 10min after checking out until they have checked the room. This was not communicated to guests at check in and caused frustration for many as people were rushing to the airport and did not know this beforehand. We recommend that hotel staff inform guests at checkin that a check will be required so that they expect this.

- Lovely welcome at the reception. - Great size room with good amenities. - Big comfortable bed. - The downstairs restaurant/lounge area looked very nice even though we didn't use it during our short stay.

On the first day of my stay we were woked up by a service officer who brought us a new bottle of water before 6 a.m. Due to the jetlag it was not a serious issue, but 6 a.m. is not really a time I like to hear knocking on my door in a hotel. There is no separate space for toiletries in the shower (a tiny tray would be sufficient).

When we're about to check out,i called the reception..then she asked if we need the service staff to help us bring/carry our big bags..then i told her yes please..we've been waiting for so long..the sraff did not come.....so we decided to go with the heavy bags..my husband went out first to the lobby then i followed bringing one big bag..after that i went back to the room to get the two more big bags...very heavy😭

Everything but what I love about the hotel is the breakfast buffet and the Highlights Roofdeck lounge. It's the food that I usually come back to this hotel. It's already my 3rd time staying there and I have no qualms.

The room key can only be used with the floor that you were checked-in. The WiFi was a bit slow.

In one of the rooms, the Key was always malfunctioning. In addition you can only go to the floors of your room (where you have a key). If some of your friends or family were booked on some other floors, you will need to go down the Ground Floor first and ask an attendant/staff to tap the elevator for you you, which is too much of a hassle. The WIFI only works well near your room. You will need to login again if you are on another floor. It is also disconnected from time to time so you need to relogin frequently.

The breakfast was buffet type and there was an assortment of food and drinks. The selection was excellent. The ambience was nice and there was enough space for everyone. The room was spacious. There are large cabinets for clothes and stuff.

The hotel rooms are not noise proof, so we could hear the noise loudly from our room, and it was difficult to sleep. We also found that some of the appliances in our room did not work well.

I like the fact that the hotel staff were friendly and were helpful with many of our needs.
