On our experience, we had to wait like 30mins before they confirmed our room reservation and waited 15 mins before they let us check out. And they gave us a room where the floor tiles moist a lot like we noticed that it became soooo slippery (bedside and coffee table) .. we never knew the reason.

Omg! What an experience! Such a wonderful property! Pls if ur looking to have a good trip, close your eyes and book this hotel! We had the most amazing room, beach facing! The sky pool is wow! The food omg the food! Their breakfast buffet is incredible, staff is incredible - everything from start to finish is just wow! We didnt leave the hotel much bcz the hotel has sooo much to offer! 10 stars!!

The restaurant’s service is very slow considering there’s not much people dining in. We have to wait for 5 minutes before a server gets our order. We were told to wait for 45 minutes for our food to be served (burger, fries, rice and pork sinigang). But after 45 minutes our order hasn’t been cooked yet. We were told to wait for 15 minutes more but after that, only the sinigang/rice have been served so we had to cancel the rest as we are about to leave the island.

Very crowded place, typical mass tourism. Buffet breakfast was not enjoyable at all because of so many people in a small place, although staff was very nice.

There’s not enough sun beds at the Sky pool and at the beach. There’s a lot of vendors hanging out next to the Sun Beds, chatting and playing games while the tourists were trying to relax and sun bath. a bit worried about our stuff when we go swimming.

Boracay is busy so the resort itself is bustling. It is a busy place, lots of noise, loud music at times and you can hear the peoples footsteps in the apartment above you. Our room fridge didn’t work which meant we couldn’t keep any drinks cold.

Great location. Close to lots of food options and a short walk to DMall. Right on the beautiful beach front. Great pools! Staff were so friendly. A great family vibe. Well organised transfers. Breakfast buffet was overflowing with options. A big shout out to Ace who always looked after us at breakfast time. Ace was so kind to our 3 year old, friendly, welcoming and always willing to serve. Also a big thank you to the security guard (Quinoñes) who was so kind and friendly to our 3 year old son. We felt we were being so well looked after and he always made an effort to put a smile on our sons face.

The access road is the worst you have ever seen. It is just a few metres wide with massive potholes. It is ridiculous.

There was amazing HVAC/Air con, clean floors and clean beds. I wanted to stay in the room! Nice lighting, too!!
