We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

FranceIt should be a very good to stay except for the frontdesk staff that did not explain all the rules and when we are apprehended like we broke hotel rules. Sorry to say they were not nice in doing that we are guest and we can handle it in a nice way not treating us as if we are staying gor free.

The property is located at the Main Road of Boracay, and very near to D'Mall. Me and my niece stayed at Henan Park Resort from 10 to 12 October 2023. Staff are very friendly. Mica is very helpful & approachable and allowed us for an early check-in. Kim is also a delight to talk to and equally helpful. Buffet breakfast is good but it could have been better if you have different variety to choose from, daily. Though the property is not a beachfront, the friendly and helpful staff more than compensate for it. Everyone is cheerful and enthusiastic from the airport pick-up, bringing us to a private Henan port, to the short boat ride and the final land transfer from the Port to the hotel itself, we feel we're taken care of and protected. Walking to the beach would only take 5 minutes. I will recommend Henan Park Resort to my friends and colleagues.

PhilippinesFor the price, although the resort is on soft opening, was reasonable and puts value to your money. The hotel is strategically located in the middle of the island in station 2 where you can access a lot of tourist spots easily. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and has great ambience. The mattresses were soft and comfortable. The bath was superb! The breakfast buffet included was nothing like others. The breakfast selection was to die for, carefully curated for both their local and foreign guests. Lastly, the people that run the resort. Kudos to their staff for being so welcoming, generous to help, and always exudes a smile when greeting their guests.

United StatesIt’s the staff that I did not like. Obviously, customer service is not their top priority. Staff, especially front desk and whoever works at the cafe needs to be fair to all guests. They have to stop stereotyping just because we don’t suit well in their eyes. This is a legit experience.
