It was a little difficult to get lounger as there was a limited number available that you could drink alcoholic drinks at. People were away from their chairs for hours but the rule of away for 15 minutes and you loose your chair was not practised. That is too short a time but some people were away for hours then came back and picked up there stuff and left. It was quite frustrating.

Our room was to die for. Straight into the pool each morning. The afternoon spent in a lounger on the beach in front of the hotel. A body scrub or massage by the pool early evening. Heaven.

We had a superb breakfast on this beach front hotel. The staff are very friendly, courteous and always smiling. The beds are comfortable and clean. This place is highly recommended.

I didn’t realize the resort was divided and that took me off guard at first. It was unexpected to suddenly have to cross the street to get to the other side of rhe resort to reach my room. We paid a little more to have private access to the pool and it was totally worth it. Other than that. i have no complaints

The breakfast buffet collection was absolutely great! So many options! So much space! Loved it, it was super great. The restaurant they have at the resort was fantastic. We tried a bunch of restaurants along the beach and this one just ranked at the top. The quality of the food, the view, the peacefulness. Simply top notch!

We weren’t told there was gonna be a bond upon check in and could only take credit cards and couldn’t refund on debit cards. Fortunately we had other family staying at Hennan so we could their credit card for the bond. Also unfortunate the gym is not included in the facilities to use for free.

The resort was amazing. Great location and easy access to the beach. The staff were lovely and always accomodating and always greeted you throughout the day. We had family stay at other resorts around the island and Hennan was voted the best buffet breakfast in the family and their value for drinks and food menu was great

It's a bit too busy for a station 1 hotel. I guess it comes with the territory— Henann Prime is big: it has 2 wings, beach wing and east wing. The hand shower in my bathroom was leaking around the hose area. I hope that was the reason why the shower pressure is not as great as I'd prefer it to be.

2 buildings, one right in front of the beach and the other one (main building with the reception) is crossing a very busy road. Swimming pools under the sun only at the main building. The beachfront building has a pool that is in the shade all the time.

Beachfront hotel in quiet zone 1. Very friendly and helpful staff. Superb breakfast. Well equipped gym for a decent workout while on vacation.

Dream end to our Philipines trip. Our room was comfortable and clean, opening up onto a relaxing pool area. The location was brilliant, at the quieter end of station 1 opening right up onto the white sands beach. The staff couldn't have been friendlier - particularly Lynel, who remembered our breakfast drinks order everyday, and Kyla, who congratulated us on our engagement as we arrived (I'd mentioned it in a booking email) and was so helpful in arranging our airport transfer through a 3rd party. The breakfast was very good, catering to both local and international customers. Lots of familiar favourites for us such as an omelette station, bacon, eggs, breads, spreads and fruits. Generally, the food menu was pretty good for lunch and dinner, too. A wide, international menu to cater for everybody. It wasn't the best place we ate in Boracay but we were happy enough to eat there for lunch or dinner a few times. The calamari appetiser was a highlight. The hotel and beach had a family-friendly feel, pleasently detached from the nightlife further down the beach but still just a walk or short trike ride away from the action if you want to experience that side of things. The sunset view while lounging on the beach beds or sitting at the restaurant is a memory we will keep with us for a long time. Really stunning. Loads of activities can be booked on-site, such as island hopping, flite-boarding or parasailing. Overall, loved our stay here and we are really thankful to all the lovely staff who accommodated us!

I really liked how the room was well-maintained. The hotel is still relatively new and just steps away from the beach. The breakfast was really great with Asian and continental options. I also loved how they were able to accomodate my last minute request for airport transfer to and from the hotel.

There is just one minus point. There was just one smoking area. Directly next to the street. And sometimes it was very noisy….

Breakfast was insane. It was soooo delicious. I loved the egg bar. Staff was absolutely friendly. I‘d book again this hotel. And the beach is incredible. Ah and one secret tipp; book a massage. It ws the best massage we had during our holidays.

We kinda lose our privacy as many local vendors meet you right away once you come out to go to the beach. They will sorround and offer you products and tour packages, so it is a bit of a challenge to have a quiet and relaxing moment while you enjoy the natural beauty of boracay. Although they also respect and politely leave when you say no to them, it would still be nice to have a proper time and place to do their business.

They have plenty of dishes to choose from, everyday’s menu is different yet all tastes good. All the staff are very polite, and provide great customer service, thus, worthy of giving a tip :-)! We will definitely come back.

Service was great . Taking the Hennan transfer by speedboat to and from Caticlan is painless . Hotel staff are great . Good food in sea salt restaurant. My friend left a bag in the room , Kim of front desk made sure we were informed and arrange for courier to our next hotel destination. Kudos to kim and Gayle of front desk and Chary of the restaurant.

Quality of alcoholic drinks , they have happy hour for drinks which taste like cheap juice , and even regular drinks were quite weak .

Right on the white beach front , beautiful spacious rooms , comfortable beds, huge breakfast choice with sitting overlooking beautiful beach. Stuff is amazing , super kind and friendly, good massage in the shade near the pool for 10 eur . Hotel restaurant was quite good for lunch/dinner as well, but it’s plenty of other options along the beach in max 10 mins walking distance . It’s was a perfect place for lazy week at the beach.
