There was some construction going on on the property which was sometimes quite loud in the mornings. Air con cut in and out and was quite noisy in our room.

Clean and basic. The location was fantastic, 2 mins from the town centre. Free tea and coffee available at reception.

The garden is nice but not really enjoyable as if you stay outside your room mosquitoes will eat you alive. Some will somehow get in your room even if you care to keep the door closed all the time. The bathroom doesn't have proper ventilation, so once you take a shower it will stay soaked with humidity for days.

It's a quiet place, close enough to all the fuzz but secluded enough not to be bothered by it. Cold drinking water constantly available for free.

A few bugs in the room.

The location is fantastic, a short walk to the Main Street in El Nido but the property is nice and quiet. Value for money is great. Good Wi-Fi.

- not a lot of natural light in the room - access to the property is through a very tiny short alley way, that might seem a bit creepy at first glance.

They were doing some kind of renovation to the room next door, and it stank our room out. Our place had a really strong smell of paint/paint remover and pee. I think the guy doing the Reno was peeing in a bucket or not flushing or something.

Really good location. Not too far from the main strip, the beach and a tricycles/taxi rank. The rooms weren't too small and we had a balcony area.

Alleyway entrance rough. Kid playing with stick constantly dropping it outside rooms was annoying.

Room / bathroom was very basic, missing some smaller details like mirror in room and toothbrush holder. Staff were very elusive so hard to get hold of at times, would have also been good to change the bathroom bin during stay.

Great location - everything in El Nido town is within walking distance. Staff are able to organise tours and boat tickets if needed. Free drinking water is available too.

Its very nice place to stay. It was quiet and not so crowdy as next door, very close well known hostels. I can definitelly recommend this accomodation. Aircondition was good and shower with hot!cold water was well working. Definitelly plus in Philipines.

great location close to everything but not in busy zone, set back from the road, and across the road from the beach. the garden is a feature and creates a pretty and gentle scene. rooms are a good size and clean and cool. property is run by a lovely family. they are friendly and helpful to book tours and transport etc.

There're kids (probably they live in the hotel area) who start playing and screaming around 7-8AM each morning, which makes it impossible to sleep without the earplugs on. All the outlets in the room have unusual socket type (haven't seen it anywhere before), without the adaptor you won't be able to charge your devices. Staff kindly provided me one adaptor on request however unfortunately for 3 devices it wasn't enough. There were many ants in the bathroom, especially in the electricity socket. Would be nice if staff would disinsect area each time while cleaning the room.

The room is actually better than on the photos - clean and comfortable with everything needed. Private terrace outside is a huge bonus, especially the fact that you can hang and dry your clothes there. Wifi is really fast, staff is friendly and helpful, free water in the cooler available, bed is comfy. Neighborhood is calm, you won't hear the road or any traffic noises. Close to the restaurants and main downtown area - 3-5 minutes walk.

Loud kids in the morning. This was major bummer, we woke around 6.30 to screaming and crying children.

Everything was clean, bed was comfortabel and the wifi was functional and fast (which was important at this point of our journey). AC worked great.
