Many extra costs were added on by the Hilton, and the price I paid was not what I was quoted: it soured my stay, the room I asked for was not given to me, there was heavy discussion between the supervisor and the checking staff member, who I might add was just fantastic, the supervisor was a sour and not friendly at all, but I will be back but next time we be standing up to them and have the printed copy for my check in in my hand,

It’s a big property and had expected ‘live’ sports coverage in their bar. Unfortunately, they do not subscribe and I had to travel over to a sports bar in Makati

I had the ala carte breakfast, it took awhile for the waitstaff to take my order but I had a complimentary pastries which I enjoyed!

Due to time constraints, I really didn’t get a chance to explore the hotel’s amenities however, front desk, security guard and concierge were very accommodating.

Payment in advance for many things and no patience for staff while you enjoy a meal to ask for payment already. For a hotel of that size the gym is also quite small.

The swimming pool, the breakfast amazing buffet, the concierge (very helpful) and the staff overall.

The traffic in Manila is still crazy.

The breakfast buffet was amazing. The pool was great - the room was simply superb! I greatly enjoyed my stay at the Hilton in Manila. It's connected with the shopping mall and other hotels as well.

We arrived earlier than check-in time. Front desk lady said she was gonna text us when our rooms were ready. Never got a text and waited for a very long time with 6 children including a baby. So after 2 and a half hours of walking around and waiting at the cafe, we just decided to go up(front desk is at the 2nd floor) and see if the 3 rooms were done. Different staff helped us and said the rooms have been ready. I told her that we were suppose to get a text message, but never did. All they can do is apologize for the wasted time and inconvenience they caused.

Great location by the airports. Chinese restaurant in the hotel serves world class cuisine. Bellboys and security guards were very helpful and always wore a smile. Great swimming pool and not over chlorinated like other hotels.

There are many shopping malls around the hotel, and the location is great. The attitude of the service staff is also very kind. My deepest feeling was when I asked the counter staff to help me check in, I found that my passport was missing. The counter staff quickly helped me inquire and contact the taxi driver, which made me feel uneasy at the time and got a lot of mental relief comfort. Although I was really panicked when I lost my passport, thanks to the help of the reception staff at the Hilton Hotel, this thrill became a beautiful memory.

The hotel was very nice, clean. Rooms were spacious especially the bath and toilet. Very clean as well. The staff were nice and they were kind enough to allow us a late check out time at 2pm since our flight was still in the evening. The location was very convenient to the airport and it has a nearby mall with nice choices of restaurants. Overall it was a nice stay.
