I choked the property because of location yet found out the staff very cooperative, rooms neat and clean, equipped with essentials. There is always a room for improvement. My bed was slightly uncomfortable but I managed somehow. The bedsheets were dark coloured and I know why but could be changed to lighter colour ones as the room would look more bright and open. I found the lights should be adjustable from low to bright. My room was not that bright. And in the washroom there should be some wiper placed as the water drainage is not good when you take a shower. Although there were two drains in my bathroom at room B09 but when you take shower the water would collect around the toilet seat are, which obviously is not good. I know if I call the room service they will happily clean and dry it but by all means water drain needs improvement. WiFi was good. My overall experience was very good. Value for money was there and I enjoyed my stay.

Hotel located in older part of town. Not really a nice area but ok if your just spending a night to catch a flight. Prices for bfast were overpriced as well as airport shuttle. I did not use either as a result. Not a place for casually walking around as located near expressway and busy street.

Clean facility with security guard at front door. Basic, clean hotel room. Not too far from Terminal 3 at airport. Some fast food restaurants in area and some local restaurants in nearby neighborhood.

Our room very loud, right next road which was not ideal for trying to get sleep for early flight.

Good location for airport/one night stay over. Staff were excellent with organising transfers and answering questions. Room was clean and nice..

Unfortunately there is no elevator. I was aware of this already, so it was something that I expected. However, it think the experience would be better if there was an elevator.

Room was clean and Air Conditioned. The place was quiet, even though it is located off of a main street. The guard on the ground floor helped carry my luggage up to the check in area.

This isn’t the Hilton. I came in after a late night flight and the neighborhood is sketchy. But what can you expect for $20 a night? It does the job but I wouldn’t wander around at night outside.

This property is close to the Manila airport and very inexpensive. The staff, security guard front desk were very very nice and helpful. Very Good Service! Room was clean.

- the window was not well closed, there are gaps, so the road noise is easily acces the room - no shops around it, it is on the main road but it's OK for a night or two

Proximity to NAIA Terminal 3. Easy check in. Helpful and courteous staff. They keep you updated about your stay. They help with luggage since they do not have elevator. Big and clean room. Food area in case you want some snacks (on your own)

Not a 5 star hotel, but certainly wasn't priced like that. Very close to busy roads, but they had sent an email to warn me.

Inexpensive? Flexible and very accommodating. Was able to extend checkout as we had a late flight the next day. Would go back there again! Very accessible to airport and to awesome street food. Short te stay definitely!
