The bathroom didn't have hand soap and the shower was not the best.

Great location, right next to the big mall offering many food options and right above a 7-Eleven which was super convenient for breakfast. TV had all the channels including live football and the staff were extremely friendly at check in. Value for money is extremely good

The room didn't have an electric kettle or a fridge, so you could not keep leftovers. I also lost a couple of plush keyholders, which I bought from Japan. I have kept them in my luggage in case I need to give it to someone. After several days, I arranged my luggage to store the things I shopped only to discover that the plush keyholders were gone. From then on, I felt anxious whenever I requested for the room to be cleaned. I kept checking whether the safe and my luggage were locked. Prior to the discovery, I was not so mindful of locking my luggage as I had kept my valuables in the safe. Never had I imagined that the plushies would be stolen. Lesson learned. Always keep your luggage locked whenever you leave your room, whether you requested room cleaning service or not.

The staff are friendly and the location is really convenient, with 7/11 conveniently located beside the hotel and Ayala Mall is just within walking distance.

I requested for make up room service and to pull out the iron and iron rack in the morning for sinulog. But when i came home at midnight. Room wasn’t cleaned, my trash that i segregated properly was still there, and the ironing set was still inside. That i have to pull it out of my room and send a request again via viber. Since they use viber as an errand request platform. But overall my stay was really comfortable.

No shampoo or conditioner provided. Only 1 pillow per person although we asked for more and they gave us. Elevator needs to tap one different card for each different button pressed.

The location is great, just 3 min walk from the Ayala malls where you find everything. It’s also around 30 min drive from the airport. There is also a seven eleven at the ground level. Very good and large shower with good water pressure. Staff was great but that’s a given in the Philippines.

Rain shower heads that sprayed everywhere. You have to turn down the water pressure or flud the bathroom. The loudest bed I've ever sleep on. OSB board frame with two pieces of plywood that touch each other. Every time you shift or put pressure on the mattress the entire bed squeaks and squeals. Woke myself up rolling over at night. Nice comfortable mattress though.

Within walking distance of Ayala Mall. 7-Eleven outside the door so you have plenty to drink and eat 24/7. Extremely friendly staff. Purified water on each floor next to the elevator to refill your water bottles.

Excellent stay. New, clean, comfy bed and linen, keypad safe in the room and water dispenser on the floor. Quite at night, at daytime a bit noisy from the pool of the neighbouring hotel. Clean business district with not much around but the Ayala shopping center nearby. Frequent jeepneys like 13c opposite the road ride for 13Peso to Colon, the old city center, a world apart.
