No stirrer stick or a table spoon if you want to have a coffee on your own but I like the service glass for water provided in the room.

I like how fast I check in and check out on my stay and also how environment friendly hotel they are for not using a plastic bottled water. I would prefer to stay again in the near future travel in the metro.

I liked pretty much everything.

Room 427 is very clean but 823 I noticed some molds in the shower area.

What i like about this hotel is it is very clean. Paying for 1500 plus a night is already reasonable. Staff is very friendly and accomodating. Location is good as well.

No hand wash beside the tap so had to go to the shower area to get the body soap to wash hands, a bit inconvenient but not a big problem.

Super clean. The front desk staff provides fantastic customer service and very accommodating about customer requests. Lost and found service was superb (my friend forgot his laptop at the lobby), you can rest assured your lost stuff will be back safe and complete! Free water refilling station, both cold and hot water available. Good view outside the window. Wifi is stable and fast.

"It feels like a true home away from home. If I ever have the chance to return, I wouldn't hesitate to stay in the same room again. The panoramic view of the entire city, especially at night, is simply breathtaking. Maybe some of the staff should smile more often and be more attentive so guests would feel more valued! Maybe pay more attention to the cleanliness and state of the bathroom!

Sometimes they forgot to replenish tissue in the bathroom and were not very quick responding to such request.

At the heart of many good things in QC. It's surrounded by good restaurants, cafes, and places to hang out. The place is clean and staff were helpful.

My room was 1024. There was a leak of the pipe connecting to the toilet. When I used the toilet in the morning, there was no water. I used and filled up the trash bin with water in the restroom. When I checked the knob of the pipe that controls the flow of the water, it was closed.. I opened it. When I arrived in the afternoon, there was water all over the toilet area.

Money wise, location. Numerous restaurants nearby. 7/11 is a plus for me. Very friendly staff... There is water container per floor, a way to save more water bottles.

There is no refrigerator provided for your foods such as cakes, milk or any easy to spoil foods and drinks. You have to bring cooler with ice. And there is no cabinet, must have been removed leaving a huge space beside the bed. Maybe they can replace it with a rack of multiple layers.

Second time booking in this hotel so yes I like everything... Comfy Bed, Cool Aircon, Well lit room, TV w/ Cignal, Easy Safe Box, Easy access from point A to B. Compared to the other hotel at this price point, this is by far the best hotel with a huge and usable comfort room and it matters to me the most. They dont just offer 2 bottles of water, but they offer water dispenser with hot and cold. All you need is a large bottle for refill. A huge plus point btw! I also like the location of the hotel being in front of grocery "the marketplace" and a 711 at the ground floor. Perfect place to unwind for a longer period of time. Btw, a lot of good cafes and restaurant are located near the hotel. You wont find yourself starving but spending a lot...lol
