The AC. I am not sure if it was due to low horse power or the AC is really defective. It was hot in our entire stay. We never had a good sleep within our stay.

The whole thing except for the AC which has low power of making the temperature cool.

Everything was fine. It's more a "practical accomodation" than one you will memorize as a special one during your trip. That's the only reason, why we gave a 9 instead of a 10

There were tiny cockroach in the bathroom however apparently it’s common in Manila.

It’s clean suite with small kitchen, we stayed only one night. The room had AC and was quiet. It’s walking distance to airport terminal 3.

Only a few small cockroaches, but this is normal in Apartments in Manila, nothing to worry about. The drains are normally closed with a kind of sticker, so you can feel safe!

Clean rooms, good smell. Super friendly host! I can totally recommend. Really close to the airport by foot (you have to use the walking bridge).

- This is not a hotel! I didn‘t notice that when booking. It’s more like an airbnb. My flight arrived early in the morning (7am) and I booked after landing for the same day. I expected to be able to drop my luggage in the lobby and to ask for an early check-in. However, this room is in a residential complex and does not have a „reception“, only concierge for the people who live there. When I got there, nobody knew about my booking (because it was very spontaneous) and the concierge said I couldn‘t leave my luggage there. So I was stuck in the lobby, exhausted, and had to basically wait until the owner of the room answered me (she was probably still asleep). When she finally answered me, everything went smooth, she sent someone to welcome me, and I could even check in early (had to pay a fee though). So in conclusion, great place next to the airport, but don‘t expect a reception service, especially if you book spontaneously. This point doesn‘t influence my rating because early check in is an extra service that can‘t be expected. It would‘ve been nice to leave my luggage there, though.

Exactly like in the pictures, the house is modern, clean, beautiful, comfortable. After three weeks in Philippines I almost get emotional for this amazing shower. The owner is very nice, kind and helpful. The location surprised me, is close to the airport but is a very modern and new area of the city. There is a great shopping mall nearby, and everything you need around the building.

We stayed for the night before a connecting flight. The unit was clean, comfortable and conveniently located within walking distance of the airport, restaurants and shops like Watson’s. Manang Karen was also an amazing host, able to give suggestions and she just made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you guid! :)

The apartment was in a great location, surrounded by coffee shops, restaurants and the Mall. Our host was waiting for us by the reception to do the check in and she was very pleasant and kind. The video with the directions for the apartment was also super helpful. Big, spacious and clean apartment. Overall, a great stay.
