The food at the restaurant needs major improvement. The included breakfast was okay, and included a lot of variety.

I like how luxurious it feels. Our bed was very comfortable and overlooking the trees. We enjoyed the rooftop pool on some days.The staff are really lovely and accommodating. It is exactly beside a shopping mall.

Everything was good for our short 2 night stay

Room was good with very comfortable bed. Staff were nice and helped us with Vegetarian breakfast. They have a big shopping mall ( Robinson) just next door. Airport drop off took 6-8 mins.

The travel partner they have is to be avoided. We booked a shared transfer to El Nido and it was terribl: overbooked, felt unsafe (no seatbelts), random stops and pickups, longer travel time. Definitely don’t recommend using them

Food could have been better. You are slightly out of the city so will need to get taxis etc, or walk half an hour + to get in.

breakfast was fine, there were enough choices but some of the food was quite random. Mall next door with supermarket. Rooftop area was very nice. Tour operator in the lobby made it easy to book things.

The hotel itself was spotless and well organized. The facilities were open late and beautiful. The spa workers came to our room for our massage! Not to mention the staff was kind and super helpful. We only stayed one night but we wish it was longer.

Maybe a tiny bit maintenance of this nice property and some better noise insulation towards the hallway. But this doesn't put a dent in our great experience at the Hue.

We appreciated everything. The staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet and bar on the fifth floor offer a variety of foods, suitable for a lot of different tastes. We really appreciated the clean room, comfortable beds, pillows and sheets. Everything was very clean and there were complementary toiletries available. The rooms are well insulated towards the outside of the hotel, though not towards the hallway. The front desk organized us on both stays punctual and comfortable transport to Port Barton and the airport. We can definetly recommend the bar on the fifth floor and the quesadillas, cocktails and welcome drinks.

Last day, breakfast time. There was one lady server that filled up our water. We said "thank you" and tried to make an eye contact. However, she just looked straight towards the front. No smile. No acknowledgement and walked away. First of all. That was very UNPROFESSIONAL, inconsiderate and inconsistent to treat guests like that, specially all the other staff members were very polite, warm and cordial. She represents the entire hotel. She shouldn't be serving guests and be in the service industry if she has an attitude towards guests who was being nice, cordial and polite towards her. I'd give the perfect score of 10 but no one is perfect. It's always that one percent type of apples that keeps the whole experience from being nearly perfect.

We thank specially to front desk Mr. Joshua and Mr. Denver for their welcoming and all the care they had for us, nevertheless to Mrs. Angelica on the rooftop bar and Mr. Romeo. The structure has a good position…well organized. You can plan tours directly there. They have also Massage but the second day we had the massage was not so good as we had the first night. Swimming pool is awesome very clean

Room 500 vibrates a lot. Not during the night. It starts in the morning. Felt like room 500 was above an airco installations room on the 4th floor. The mini bar cooling fix, they did, is just stupid. Makes more noise than the average airco unit. Luckily it is easy to switch of bij taking the power plug of the fix from the powersocket.

Nothing to do with the Hue hotel but in general there was alotttt of noise at night. People would be coming to their rooms around 3/4am and bang their doors non stop. It was extremely annoying. So I felt like maybe Hue hotel can have sound proof doors?

While not directly related to the hotel, we did book a bus through them to El Nido and it was quite an uncomfortable experience. We were crammed together with little to no space, and more and more people kept boarding the bus. Although this is not the hotel's doing, it's worth noting since the bus service was offered by them.

The hotel is beautiful and spacious. The rooms are clean, although the bathroom layout is a bit unusual. The breakfast is varied and plentiful, and the hotel offers reasonably priced transportation services. The pool area is comfortable and there's a bar service available.

Room 500, vibrates a lot. I think it is above an airco system room or something. They put a extra pc like fan to help the minibar cool. It makes a lot of noise, even more than the airco unit. Stupid fix for a dumb way of putting a mini fridge in a closed space.

The bed was easy to accidentally move. It was on wheels. The sink was in the main room which was a little odd. The rooms were lovely though. Breakfast sometimes no milk at table for coffee and no salt and pepper on some tables. Didn’t get to choose empty tables to side of the room, tended to be seated right in the middle which wasn’t for us.

Good location, atm and mall over the road. Nice pool with sun loungers and a bar. The tricycle guy out the front can take you to some nice restaurants for 100 pesos.
