I honestly can not think of anything I did not like about this place.

The place was nice and clean, the staff was very friendly. I liked that the hotel was in a central location to the places I went to. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a comfortable stay at a good price.

I just wish they have generator so guests will still feel comfortable whenever there's power interruption.

Their generator was weak. We were told not to turn on the air con during a power outage that lasted several hours. Good thing it was a cool day.

Easy to book and find. Staff were very helpful. For a small inn, it was comfortable. Lots of eating places around. Malls were accessible by foot. It was an adventure itself walking around and be surprised that these stores were just around. We stayed just for half a day cause our flight was around midnight.

A great budget place to stay for two nights in Bacolod. A little out of the way but walking distance from the museum/ferry/bus if you have light bags and don't mind a bit of a treck. We thought we had booked two nights but had only booked one. The staff pointed out our mistake later in the day (we had been out all day exploring) and were extremely gracious. We booked an extra night online and had no issues- thank you!!! There is a spot to sit outside and the wifi was good.

Nothing really to dislike.

We found all the staff very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable with fresh smelling bedding and towels and the air conditioning and hot water worked OK. The property was gated so security was good.

its value for the money, paid 900+ per night for a double bedroom, air-conditioned and with a hot shower. Nothing spectacular but must say it is decent. do manage your expectation - this is not a hotel but more of a hostel/dorm type which is honestly the range of what you're paying. I don't understand the negative reviews i read before as this property fits both budget and comfort.

The staff were hospitable and made mine and my sister's stay comfortable.They helped us with our luggage coming in and also when we left. We were allowed to check in early to leave our luggage inside the room assigned to us which was already prepared. We requested for hot water for coffee and they obliged and also lent us 2 cups for our coffee. Taxi fare wasn't bad from the place to the City proper and it was also easy for taxi drivers to find the place. The staff helped us find a taxi when we checked out 💕 Another good thing, there is a small resto beside it which serves good food.

The staff makes this place fantastic lovely people who I will never forget it's in a safe compound and do not expect luxury you get what you pay for I only stayed 2 nights but loved the place and a cheap trike ride to the attractions try the eco zoo I just stumbled upon it was great.

Staffs are so accomodating, friendly, and helpful they help me especially when I need a ride to the airport, they are also fun, I even shared silly jokes with them, the rooms are good for its prize, (don't expect for a bigger rooms because it's not a 3 or 5 star hotel) anyway my stay here are always great, I feel comfortable to stay here.

Rooms are very small for the family. Bathrooms are really tight, especially the toilet, you cannot keep your leg straight. Water pressure is quite low. The beds are not safe as it is metal and the ends are not covered. The towels are really tiny, good thing we brought our own. And the internet connection, if you are working remotely, is not ideal as it lags so much and we barely can do work for the whole week.

We love the staff, they are very helpful and accommodating, and easy walk to get to transportation outside.
