The breakfast buffet is rather limited. There are options to have pancakes and eggs cooked to your liking though. And also the location is a little further from central tacloban for the malls etc. But still easy to get pedicab and there are shops nearby for groceries.

Nice place, clean, staff very friendly and helpful. The cafe, restaurant and bar are good and the food is good. WiFi is good aswell available throughout the hotel.

Room could've been cleaner. If you're looking for a quiet hotel, this isn't it! I could hear the housekeeping staff talking outside my room even at night.

Window-less room. Did I reserve that room in the first place? I do not recall but it was a huge negative point. Plus, the other extra "service" that restaurant staff may bring you a dish you didn't order. I paid extra for that trick. A water leak in the bathroom from the shower. Because a glass door in the shower could not shut itself, water from a shower head eventually leaked from the shower booth to the floor of the bathroom.

Cleanness. Cleaning staff members worked really well. They also took a very short time to clean up my room and exchange linens and towels.

Modern, safe and comfortable hotel. Staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. You are able to order an airport transfer with the reception, when we arrived back our luggage was already loaded in the van for us and accounted for. Such a nice service as Tacloban doesn't have a taxi service! . Restaurant on the top floor was really nice with a great Filipino, Thai menu. Lovely bar serving cocktails plus rooftop terrace. If you like cakes and coffee, the restaurant downstairs has awesome selection. Recommended stay if you want a quality hotel in downtown Tacloban

The lighting seems a little outdated - my restroom lights were dim and yellow so it was harder to see especially in the evening. Cabinet space was a little small. Water heater was not working properly, and at one point, we lost water for half an hour.

Food in the hotel was amazing. The staff were very courteous, from the front desk, to maintenance, to the restaurant. The beds were clean and were comfortable. Wifi was strong in my room. The room had a smart TV and nice amenities.

Disappointed with the buffet breakfast spread. We entered the restaurant by 8am and some food were not replenished like bread, cakes, etc. until we finished by 9:05am. We also ordered 6 pancakes and only 2 were served in an hour. Was told they will make pancakes but none arrived. Also, unlike Mother’s Day they had a banner and decor but for Father’s day there was none.

Staff should suggest if the breakfast is not consumed, whether it can pack to take out. (This happened as we have been checkout early due to the flight schedule changes).

I found the restaurant to be quite pricey and I didn’t think the food quality matched the price.

The staff was the standout for me. I was alone, stranded following the nation wide cancellation, I checked out very early going to catch an earlier flight but I was unlucky. The staff allowed me to return to rest and check out at 12pm. It was an extremely stressful time for me and I was grateful for the support including a phone call to remind me of breakfast which I almost missed.

Property parking facility is a few meters away from the hotel in an empty parking lot without security or staff assigned to man the area and facilitate proper parking of cars. Some cars took more space than usual, making it difficult to quickly find parking when we arrived. Fortunately when we came back from dinner, we found an empty parking slot right by the door of the hotel. This was very safe and convenient for us to move luggage to and from the property.

Property was centrally located. Buffet breakfast served is good value for money. Staff very friendly and accommodating.
