The noise. I was there at Sunday. Everywhere noise. Loud music in the restaurant, karaoke in the Pavillion at the beach site. Noisy people at the billart table. It was impossible to sleep. The two weekdays were more quiet. The bathroom really needs some maintenance. The cleaning policy does not work. You have to ask explicitly, but even than there is no guaranty they will come.

The location at the beach is very beautiful. The staff very friendly. The room was big and comfortable.

Some of the facilities weren't very clean, like electric fans and chandeliers above the dining area. Lighting by the beach was limited during the night.

The food and serving size were superb. The family agreed it was worth it! The beach was impressively clean.

Very salty sinigang and enseladang gulay. I think the staff mentioned the cook was new. I think it would be better if the cook will taste his / her dishes before serving it to the quests.

The Front Beach, nice staff, 24 hours refilling of water. Cold.and hot shower, the pressure of the water is great.

The restaurant is not recommended We had to order foods from the restaurant and one of the dish it still raw for the bangus And the taste it just so so Quite expensive for the foods But the place is good so far

karaoke the whole day and night. the loud music in the breakfast area.

I really liked the place but you can’t enjoy to have talk with your family near the beach at night because of the karaoke.

It's very hot inside our room despite having the aircon and electric fan turned on. I think it's because of the insulation. Hope they can also improve the shower head.

our room has only 1 working light so its kinda dark, mosquitoes also. aircon is working but needed to turn on the fan as well. tv has no other channel but dont intend to watch anything anyway.

good enough for a one night stay. its away from the crowded area and nightlife so you can enjoy a quiet night with family. facilities are just ok, you get what you paid for. breakfast available and choices are good also. parking within the compound is limited but they have an extra parking lot adjacent to the property which is easily accessible. wifi is working inside our room. towels and toiletries available.

loved that it was on a wide quiet beach away from the crowds of Surftown. The staff was very friendly and it was a perfect getaway for two nights. The rooms were a good size with cold air-conditioners. The pool table and karaoke were fun too.

The amenities were below standard, dirty basin, terrible toilet, bed linen was paper thin and the “big house” was big but it was dusty and not appealing to tourists like us who are from Australia

The "Deluxe" room was not. It was more like a basic domitory. The Aircon was so noisy we had to turn it off.

Except for the young lady who served us breakfast, both male staff at the restaurant were unfriendly, carried a long face most of the time and were obviously impatient to answer special requests during our meals.. The bathroom at room no. 6 had a very foul odour, while our bathroom at room no. 3 had a broken shower knob that just fell off as I was turning the water off. The strong pressure of water splashed all over the bathroom making everything wet! I had to control the pressure of the water with both palms of my hands to prevent the floor from flooding!!! It was so exhausting since it took a while for the maintenance to come.. After trying to fix it, he gave up and we were told that we had to move tho' it was already late at night. We were given a cottage next to the pool where the TV wasn't working, it was so blurred that you can hardly see a thing! There were mosquitos inside the cottage too! My daughter woke up next morning with red patches all over! On top of the additional amount of 950 pesos that they charged us, either for a 3rd person or as upgrade, they also made us pay 500 pesos as pet charge for our little shih tzu dog which I honestly think is too much for just 1 night! In addition, they refused to give us our senior discount for beverages consumed, only for food. This is utterly not correct! Though I liked the place despite its flaws, but the management's lack of consideration towards their guests is a huge turn off and absolutely disappointing.. ☹️☹️☹️

This resort is situated directly by the beach that altho' it isn't white sand, but the sand is very fine. But this beach isn't exactly ideal for swimming due to strong high waves, it's more for surfing. However, there are 2 swimming pools as alternative. The rooms, cottage type (we occupied 2 rooms for 5 persons) are well furbished but one would notice that it isn't a new resort due to the visible wear & tear. Nonetheless, the rooms are quite comfortable, the ACs are functioning well and their wifi is strong. There's free parking as well. The breakfast is ala carte and you're given several choices of set menus to choose from. Their food was truly delicious, kudos to the chef!

pool surroundings should be kept clean-there was this trashbin/ashtray near the pool that is full of water and cigarete butts that is never cleaned since we arrived until we left(3days)-fyi i dont smoke, flush on toilets(room 2,11) not working well need to use pail. videoke-songbook and microphone needs replacement(pages ripped off/crumpled, mic making sounds even when off/not working well)..
