Basic room Comfortable bed , quiet room, no roosters no traffic noise, perfect for tranquil sleep. The front garden underneath the giant mango tree is wonderful . Wifi’s not bad

I had a big cockroach pop in under the door and say hi. I smacked him with a slipper and blocked the bottom of the door with a towel. That was that had no more multi-legged visitors. I'm sure this could be resolved with some spraying and bait.

Nice place to stay. Friendly owner and staff. Very nice restaurant around the corner and laundry close by.

I suggest having an electric kettle or water dispenser for hot water, for us grave yard people we always awake early and wanted to have our coffee as early as 2am , overall our 3 nights stay is all good no any problems the place is very convenient if you are traveller , Thank you

It’s a short ride from the city centre.

Agnes, the manager accommodated me as soon the room was cleaned straight away when the last guest left. There’s a tiny shaded garden at the entrance with pond & a few koi fish… quite refreshing on hot day to chill out. The aircon single room was enough space & its own bathroom. Generally clean & comfortable with tele showing local programs. Highly recommended for a short stay.

I like the place it's homely and on top of that prices are reasonable in a local community. the staff was all very polite and good they are ready to answer any inquiries that you may have, I was supposed to stay there two nights but I extended my stay. If you want a peaceful place near the city this is the place to be getting around the city is also easy and there are many food options around it's located behind the best seafood restaurant in Zamboanga City, Overall good place..

The general facilities and the bedroom were clean, although the toilet fixtures were quite old. Shower head and bidet need cleaning. There was a bad smell occasionally coming from the toilet bowl, possibly due to old pipe system, but the smell is contained within the bathroom.

The staff were very friendly, courteous, and accommodating. They readily responded to requests and were happy to assist, including for securing transportation around the city.

Location is not too far from the city center but you will need to take a tricycle to get there, which may be difficult if you get caught in traffic. May I suggest some improvements for the guest kit, provide more soap and shampoo, and not necessarily the toothbrush and toothpaste.

Very reasonable price, comfortable bed, airconditioning and flat screen TV worked fine, the bathroom was very spacious with a bidet and shower heater. There was a small, cozy, outdoor seating area. Reception was available 24 hours. Staff was very commendable and helpful!

Friendly and helpful staff, especially the manager Agnes, who made sure every request was promptly attended to. If you are into Filipino food, try their tasty home cooked Sinigang and Tinolang soups. Close to Alavar Seafood Restaurant and CityMall.
