The overall smell of the room is like a newly constructed cement that sticks to your clothes. It was Sunday afternoon when my mom and I checked in so they scheduled their pest control that evening, which very untimely. It triggered my allergy in my throat that I didn't sleep well that evening. No elevator for seniors like my mom. The breakfast is one platter only, you can't ask for another one, limited choice too. The location is quite far from city center. No phone service that you need to go down the lobby if you need something from the staff.

I like the upgraded room that was given to us since it was free from booking.com. It was good to know that the hotel was just constructed 1 year ago which means it's still new. The staff can assist in carrying the luggage. They are approachable too for your needs. The hotel can accommodate room service for massage.

Bed mattress was hard, tv not working, leaky sink, I was not able to sleep because next door was so noisy until 4AM . It felt like I was sleeping inside a karaoke bar. Swimming pool is next to our room but no access from the room and kids swimming were loud early morning.

Only warm water in the shower most days but good pressure.

The pool was amazing. The room was clean and spacious. Staff was professional and attractive. The daily breakfast was traditional for the Philippines and delicious.

The owners and staff are helpful, friendly and courteous. Breakfast and meals are lovely. The room is very spacious. The hotel standards are highly maintained. I am going to recommend to my family and friends. We have a new family and that is The J&V Hotel and Resort.

We like and love the hotel. The room is spacious overlooking the pool. We like the location. The hotel is secure. I also like the food. The owners and staff are friendly, helpful, accommodating, courteous and they make you feel at home. The hotel is safe and secure. I will definitely go back and recommend to family and friends. We feel that we are now a part of the family and valued.

i want to tell the truth it is not rated as 5 star, not really worth the value tiopayPhp8,000 plus for a Family Suite plus 1,500 for extra person. The frontdesk no dialog about the welcome of our booking & payment, i was the one to ask about our breakfast, the way to go to our room, luggage assistance. Upon entering our room it smells old stocked up room, no room fragrance, our 2nd smaller room dont have clothes cabinet, no plug outlet, no table to put our things, lamp shade not working. Our room was located at the end of the hallway. Around 0720am their laborer was hammering and grinding something about their hotel repairs. Water Glass in the toilet have white marks that was stocked & not washed well. Bathroom trash can and drainage are all rustic, the faucet are not stable on its place it keeps on moving, the bidet got loose on its wall screw and have fallen out of the wall, The sofa have many white marks on the leather that looks like OLD. One Coffee mug have many chipped on spots on the mouth drinking area. White bedsheet & blanket pillows have black spots & overall it doesnt look white. Terrace is not clean enough for us to sit, everything have dust. Breakfast cornbeef and Ham is not qualified for a 5star hotel. Coffee is very light. Parking area smells foul because of their garbage room located there. Did the hotel inform you of their hotel repairs which we could have seen in the booking portal ?
