It wasn't easy to contact the owners when I was there to check in. Might be worth letting them know when you'll arrive. There was a jug of water in the room, but I couldn't see anywhere to fill a bottle, and I hate buying bottles.

The room was very clean and the property was close to the beach front. Great value for money. Easy to arrange an additional night and transfer to the port.

Didn't love the uneven path to and from the beach but that's not the host's doing!

The room and bathroom were large. Great shower, had a kettle. Host was friendly and helpful and responsive to requests. Was set back from the noisy beach scene but still close enough to beach and main street. Loved this enough to book another night.

Everything was fine. It was clean enough space for us, but the best was the owner. We had a lot of questions and she help us with almost everything, from book a tricycle early in the morning, to help us find a store for our laundry.

Aircon was noisy, but that was in general in the Philippines where we stayed. Barely all hotels use this box like ACs, after a while you get used to their noise. There was no hook at the roof of the hotel for self-brought mosquito nets, but that we also not found in our whole trip in the Philippines.

Nice hotel in Panglao close to the center of tourism there, not far away from the airport and close to the crowded Alona Beach. If you want to visit a very nice beach rent a scooter or drive by tricycle to the Dumaluan Beach, which is not so crowded and super nice. The hotel is located in a calm area, but close to the main road. Rooms are clean and nice. Hosts are not the whole time there and we arrived late - but the hosts put a piece of paper at our door and leaved the keys in the lock of our room, so that we could enter the room without meeting them - so a 24h "check in" is possible. Dogs are welcoming us at the property, but they are harmless.

The area and alley past the the property definitely needed some attention. Litter everywhere. The beach itself was also somewhat dirty. The hotel property was clean and safe just the surrounding areas needed some attention

They put le in 1 room and I asked to change as the bathroom door did not shut and o was worried about cockroaches and mosquitoes they took me to another room and the bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. Also the bed sheets did not rem clean. The ac sounded like a truck so couldn’t turn it in. I went out for dinner and when I came back there were no one at the property which is ok. The worst part was that the owners left a phone with the alarm on at something like 4 am in the communal area. The alarm was so loud and went off for ages, I got up and turn it off, went off again at 4,30, same I had to get up and then at 5, by which point I was so annoyed I banged on the I bedroom door and finally they got up like shocked. I do not understand how they did not hear it as their door was next to it and didn’t even have glass, just a mosquito net! They were just happily snoring away… I left at 6 to go to the airport. Overall I would not recommend this place. So if you’re planning on staying in del Carmen book early as there are not many places about and they go fast

Access through a dirt road, everyday there is a blackout (not the owner's fault) so no electricity and no water. The owner's dog barked around 3am every night I stayed there.

Next to Alona and restaurants. Nice owner, willing to help.

The AC was loud, so it was difficult to get any sleep. But if the AC is turned off, then it gets too hot. You are stuck in a catch 22. There was construction onsite, so you cannot relax in the room during the day.

The accommodation is in a quiet area within walking distance to restaurants and Alona Beach.

The option to purchase breakfast/coffee or at the minimum drinking water would have been nice considering it's about a ten minute walk to the nearest convenience store. Many places will offer drinking water free of charge, but even the option to purchase it here would have been quite helpful. Otherwise, nice stay.

Location and room were a good value for the price. Walk to the beach is close and access to main road is equally as close. Host was very nice.

There is no hot water, for a long stay it might be a bit tough

the staff is very nice! The shower in our room did not work and they fixed it within a couple of minutes. It is small but good value for the money spent. It takes only a couple of minutes to get to the beach.
