How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The price per room is very affordable. The staff (esp. Jinky) is very accommodating. We had a good complimentary breakfast every morning. Thanks to the management of Julieta's Pension House.

No reply to my messages and phone calls, so there was no one to pick me up from the airport. A little dissappointment after non stop traveling more then 12 hours
Close to airport, clean room, breakfast included. They arrange transport to El Nido.

The beds were small and seemed more so because they were both right against the wall and the air conditioning unit was very loud (though that seems to be the case in more than half of the places I've stayed and may not be true for all the rooms). You have to walk a bit from the property to get to the nearest convenience store or restaurant - too far for us in the heat. So you will need to take a trike most anywhere. But honestly, those are small things when compared to what I did like and the price we paid.
The free airport shuttle and free breakfast were great. The room was clean and had a decent amount of space for storage. The staff were excellent about responding through the booking app before our arrival and continued to help us with arrangements while we were there. They arranged our van to El Nido and checked in advance how we should handle the fact that my traveling companion and I have quite a bit of luggage. My traveling companion left her phone charger in the room and Julieta's called the van driver and spoke to us about the plan to put the charger on the next van and advised us how to collect it from the van driver once he arrived in El Nido. We did get it back. I consider that above and beyond good service.

Location isnt the best, we only used it as a stop after our flight to travel onwards so wouldn't recommend for more than 1 night.
They offer free airport pick up, which is really useful. Just let them know your flight details and they will wait outside with a sign. Breakfast included and they have free water.

The place is a little bit far from the center. You have to take tricycle to get to store to buy your personal needs and foods. But manageable!
I like the price, cleanliness of the place and breakfast complimentary as well as unlimited free drinking water and coffee. AC was good and working well. Hot shower was working and water supply was good. Staffs were very accommodating. When you tell them as to what time you're leaving for the day, they'll make sure breakfast was served before you leave. They even did our laundry at reasonable price.

The rooms probably had the loudest AC I have ever heard. Quite basic interior and the beds had quite a thin mattress.
Very close to airport with free shuttle which is practical if you have an early flight. Breakfast included and was tasty.

Lots of mosquitos in our room! Don’t forget bug spray.
Lovely staff and really helpful with early morning free airport transfer (4am) which was very kind. Basic rooms but is fine for a bed for the night before airport.

Is a perfect stop if you are travelling on a budget. The staff are very kind and Friendly. They helped us on organising pick up to the airport, our tours and they even prepared breakfast for us before going on our adventures! Close to town and Puerto Princesa Airport. Highly recommend 👌

We had to stay overnight for an early flight. They drove us to the airport at 4:30 am. The checkin was warm and welcoming, we had a good night's rest (albeit short) and the shuttle to the airport is complimentary.

Too expensive. Paid 1350 pesos for one night.
