The room was all good, located a 15minute walk from town and has really nice quiet beaches a 5 minute walk away. The staff were really friendly.

This place was a bit of a nightmare to get to. We arrived late at night to the port, no tuktuks would take us as it was high tide, we weren’t informed by the property about this. We walked to town with all our bags and got a tuktuk who took us to the wrong location (google maps will show you a wrong way of getting to the property). Not many people knew of this place and we had to keep referring to forest camp in order to get directions. We ended up having to walk the whole way there with our bags. When we arrived the staff were very unprofessional, they were very aloof and didn’t provide much of an apology for our difficulties. They noted that we were sent a map with directions, it was not clear from the messages I received that this map should be used for directions, the map is actually barely legible and looks more like a cool graphic than a useful piece of information. When we eventually arrived our room was warm and the smell of paint fumes was really strong, This made it very difficult to sleep. The showers were cold. Water is provided but you are charged for refilling your bottle, this was the only place that charged us for water in all of our accommodation in Philippines

The place is new so it feels fresh. It was peaceful despite the construction work going on

This hostel is abandoned. Don‘t book it. Waste of money and time. This should be deleted off of booking.

No hot water and barely any water came out of the shower making it nearly impossible to shower . The Wi-Fi signal was very hit and miss in our room. We've been travelling SEA for 4 months and this was one of the most expensive places we stayed and the only place we didn't have hot water or at least a proper shower . We felt it wasn't worth the money

Perfect location in El Nido, 10/15 minute walk from the main area with bars and restaurants. The staff were lovely

Nothing that I disliked, maybe just a recommendation to install a WiFi repeater as the WiFi doesn't really reach the rooms.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The three hostel owners were really nice, welcoming, and super helpful - organised our tour, transport, recommended budget food options and went out of their way to make our stay great. The bungalow was clean, the common area is nice, and there are some really cute cats roaming around. The place is still under construction but this doesn't affect the guests. We chose this place because it's 10 mins away from the noisy town in an authentic local village. Would stay here again!

There isn’t much to complain about here! Even though there is work going on, it didn’t start until 10am which is really respectful of the guests!

We loved the adventure of getting to this property! A stones throw from El Nido, we got a tricycle and it took us down onto the beach (it’s the only way) which was super fun! When we arrived it was like a secret garden! Bluey and Mark were immediately friendly and welcoming! They have a small clan of kittens named after the Jungle Book characters! We see where you’re going with that ;) This young couple have just recently taken over the property and are mid renovation! When it is complete, this will be an even better place to stay! Good luck with your venture!!

We had a great stay in Jungle Hostel. The hostel it’s located only 10 min walk from Coron center. It’s a great location since it’s a really calm area and really close to Caalan beach. The bed was very confortable and there is a really nice common area. The guys that runs the hostel are really nice and always trying to help :) we were the firsts guests since they are renovating the hole place :)
