Staff and restaurant were exceptional! I enjoyed new Filipino food. Very good. Rooms were clean and good size. Swimming pools were great. Big and clean. Only issue is restaurant closes at 8pm and when you finish at 7pm swimming, there is not much time. There is limited night life in area too. I would definitely return again.

Unfortunately, we have found some insects (not just ants) inside the room. This is quite common in a lot of places (outside of 5-star accommodation) which is somewhat telling me that it is very difficult to control them. Maybe too expensive but a regular visit of a good pest control is keeping our home cockroaches free. This will be a very good attraction to foreigners who are used to 5-star accommodation to try out some other places.

No chance to try the pool but it looked nice. Breakfast was included and there were a number of options. However, my 'over easy' egg was not done correctly. I have taken the spicy tapa. Maybe I should have taken just the original one as it was spicy. The room has hot water which is very good for my wife. I did not use it.

When we checked out we were told 2 towels were missing! Took 20 minutes to resolve before we could leave. Made us late returning hire car.

Please put some air con at the convenience store for the sake of your employee and also your guests when they come to buy groceries.

The place is great, the resort is very nice all the staff were very nice and professionnal. The private swimming pool is nice it is quiet, unlike the public pool which is overcrowded. The room was cool thanks to the air con. The complementary breakfast was very good along with the lunch and dinners. They also provide a large choice of fonction hall for weddings or events. So we plan to celebrate our wedding there with my fiancé. To make a long story short I highly recommend this resort. Once again salamat to the staff for making our stay a beautiful moment !!!

Pool is a bit old, there was an ongoing construction happening beside our room, and it was too loud. I usually sleep in the afternoon so it disturbs my sleep.

I celebrated my birthday here. We had fun in the pool, but it was too hot, so we didn't stay much. Staff were very polite and accommodating.

The facility doesn't offer any tour packages which was disappointing. When I asked for a tourist guide information booklet or leaflet, they didn't have it either. So our four days stay there was wasted. If it's not for my sister in law's driver who came all the way from Manila on our third day of stay, we wouldn't have the chance to see Hundred Island.

The place stands for its name as a resort. The staff were very friendly, respectful yet very professional.

Few things needs improving: Balcony door lock didn't work. Also, there is no electrical socket in bathroom. And WiFi didn't work half of the time.

It's not that we did not like but a suggestion or recommendation. If possible to put an electric kettle in all rooms, not only in Suites. As frequent travelers, this is one of our checkpoints since we loved to drink coffee or tea at late night or for some who'd like to have a midnight snack like cup noodles.

The environment itself is so relaxing. Very clean surroundings, friendly and accommodating personnel. Safe place, there are roving guards. Sufficient parking space. Spacious and clean room. Has balcony. Safe and secured, it has doubled lock. Fully air conditioned room. Food - we loved their breakfast menu as well as their brewed coffee. They have a private pool exclusive to the check-in guests.
