We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Good location in a nice area. The staff was great. The area was great. I got friendly with the locals. If you need transportation, get friendly. They told me I was the first guest ever that spent time with them. Being friendly pays dividends. I thought it was a bit expensive, but you get what you pay for. Our stay was 15 nights.

CanadaThe washroom is downstairs. You need to go up and down the steep stairs for your bathroom/washroom needs. Not convenient at all. The AC in the master's bedroom is very loud. The knife in the kitchen is very dull. It needs sharpening. The small electric stove is not consistently on when cooking. There are no extra toilet roll available.
There are appliances and tools to make your meals if you don't want to eat out all the time.

PhilippinesGlobe Network was slow inside the house , however, smart network was strong.
The location is strategic since it is near a market, grocery stores and various food shops/restaurants. There are public transportation to downtown, robinsons and government centers. The host responded right away for every inquiry and fetched us from the station. Thank you kaitleen. We will be staying again in your place the next time my family visits Tacloban.
