Their was no elevator and the reception area was located at the 2nd floor so you have to go up a few steep steps before reaching the front desk. All the rooms are located at the 2nd floor and up (no elevators). The bed sheets were stained when I arrived. I asked if it wasn’t washed but the staff just told me that they just changed it and that it was new. I asked for a change of sheets on my 3rd day before I went out, but, when got back they just made the bed and the stain was still there. I stayed at the room where there was a balcony facing the road, so all the noises from outside is very audible. There was a leak on the ceiling that drips on the back of the bed’s headboard. When I checked, they probably already knew about the leak because there was a towel on the floor that was moist. There was a weird smell from the bathroom. On my first day, there was a shampoo & shower gel dispenser but no shower gel, so I asked for a shower gel at the reception but I was told they didn’t have shower gels. I asked for any soap and that was the only time the staff offered a hand soap. The next day though, I confirmed from the other receptionist if they really don’t have shower gels which confused her, and she was able to immediately provide me with one to refill the dispenser. I was also asked to sign some papers again on my second day and was told I need to check in (again?). I confronted the receptionist again and they confirmed I was already checked in.

It is very close to the beach specifically station 1. There a lot of restaurants nearby so it’s very convenient and It was also in front of the road so it was easy to get to Dmall or go anywhere downtown as a lot of e-trike pass by the hotel. The A/C worked very well and it didn’t take too long to cool the whole room. The mini ref also worked great and the best mini fridge I’ve used in hotels which can actually keep ice! They also provide electric kettles for when you need hot water. The water pressure in the bathroom was very good too and I didn’t have problems with water supplies. They provide beach towels and they let you borrow their handy and iconic yellow tote bag too in case you didn’t bring any bags for your things when you go to the beach. Checking out was a breeze and the lady at the front desk was kind enough to help me with my luggage since the stairs from their reception area going down to the entrance/exit was quite steep.

we had a balcony so the setup was weird because there are two doors going to our room - the main door which goes right to the balcony and the door from the balcony to the room. the sliding door between the balcony and the room doesn't have a lock so we didn't feel as secure.

the staff is nice and accommodating, it is close to restaurants and it is close to the beach. the rooms are cheap so you get what you pay for but the overall the place is clean and modern.

Area is little noisy given that is road side. Breakfast not included.

Location is near the front beach Station 1 (just few mins walk). Love the free shower gel, Oatmeal soap and Shampoo/Conditioner. Staffs were attentive and polite.

Disgusting bath, smelly towels. molds everywhere. Soiled curtains. broken ceilings. smelly bath curtains. You can hear people talking from the lobby (we took room 202) and requested to be transferred on rm 204 where there is a balcony but you can hear all the vehicles passing by. disgusting. Uncleaned sheets. Dusty. Smelly room. If we can only cancel the booking. pictures are different from the actual. if you dont want to waste your money, DO NOT GO IN HERE

A bit noisy because its on the main road. But otherwise all good and for the price can't complain.

Really good staff. Super friendly and helpful. Gorgeous rooms. Very central location. 3 minute walk to beach station 1/2. Bed was very comfortable. Great local restaurant next door. Value for money. Highly recommended. would stay again.

I CAN HEAR A LOT OF NOISES INSIDE THE ROOM especially from the lobby (my room is beside the lobby) I cant rest properly or relax for a moment. Disturbing. I couldn’t sleep peacefully for 4 days of stay. Do something about it. The toilet has an awful smell even when you flush it.

Vibrant shades of the room. All is fine but you can hear a lot of noises from the outside.

As the room was on the same level as reception, it was very noisy in the morning. Kept waking up because you could hear all the talking and laughter in reception. A few moths in the room.

We didn't expect the room was big and spacious. We love and its so refreshing to see. They have a hanger where you can put your clothes and a bayong bag if you don't have a beach bag. And i love their service. They are accommodating.

The place was amazing and affordable. I booked two "6 bunk-beds" rooms for only 48k. Love the staffs, they're so welcoming and respectful. The promiximity to the White Beach is 3 minutes. Love the morning music, most if not all are Christian songs. When we go back, will definitely book here again.
