Just keep in mind there is major construction going on in the area. But it did not bother me and the unit was quiet enough for me to relax at the end of a day from exploring the area

Great host. Plenty of space for a solo traveler or couple. Had everything I needed and the staff was very helpful.and super nice. Central to everything you want to do and get to in tagaytay.

The property is neat and tidy. The condo is big(as in maluwang unlike other condo) and cozy. Great for staycation. It is near the mall in case you need some food or to stroll.

There is an ongoing construction which you can just shut off your windows. There seems to be a renovation going on the floor above me. Good thing it started when I am about to leave.

The propery is in SERIN which offers a nice entrance, good security and good maintenance. I came for a week of exams in which, I require good lighting and a less cluttered space. I am glad I chose this property because it is clean, prestine and has good amenities. TVs have netflix etc. You can have a warm shower after a long day. The location is just next to Ayala which makes it quite good.

The place is so clean. Aesthetic interiors you can take picture & put in IG stories. Ma'am Rose is approachable! She did'nt want to call her ma'am, but Ate Rose lang daw. 😊 Ameneties are very very good! We couple like & enjoy our stay! Will defenitely book at kasa bae next time & will reccommend to my other friends! 🤗

The view and the noise, since there is construction and the view is of the construction.

Location is superb, being near Olivarez plaza bus station, Ayala Malls Serin, Fora Malls. Modern Chic aesthetic look is so pretty. Kasa Bae was so comfortable it felt like our own house. Microwave, spacious fridge is good. Privacy in here is great. Nanay Rose is the best.

There is a construction site for Ayala Residence, noisy sometimes but all the time.

The property was very organized super clean and sanitized, Comfortable place to enjoy vacation in Tagaytay and secure. Wifi was excellent, and Ayala mall walking distance 2 minutes.

we love everything! so clean, sheets are clean fresh, shower is also clean. the room was neat, nice smell and very relaxing, it was a very nice experience 😃 thanks especially to Ms. Rose who assisted us checking in and out, she was very kind and lovely 🥰 we will definitely choose this again in our next Tagaytay vacay! Owner and Staff: The owner is soooo accommodating. The caretaker as well. The admin staff too, they are courteous. They respond to our queries and requests immediately. Property: Very clean. Aesthetic. Comfortable. A score of 10 is not enough. I'll give them a 100 score. Location: Easily accessible especially those who use public transport to go to Tagaytay. The property is also near different restaurants and tourist destinations in Tagaytay. Thank you very much!! We highly recommend this property for your Tagaytay Getaway.

The pool and other properties are being constructed as of this review March 2023. For the next 3 months atleast you will wake up to construction noise To the host: it would be helpful to include floor towel for after shower and also hand towels and hand soap in the bathroom. A easier check-in process would be encouraged too . Maybe a lockbox with the key inside may make it easier to check in and out as the process is currently to meet the host . Which I don't mind but I can imagine might get hard if there is a rush or a sudden change of plans .

Location was very handy. Host are very nice. It includes large fridge and washing machine. Good security too. Clean inside and nice decor. Will recommend

- There is a construction going on facing the balcony so that was noisy and kills the mood for sitting out. It doesn't even look like half-finished so this might go on for a few more months. - It would really be super nice if there's a drinking/purified water available.

- Superb location. Being behind the Ayala Serin Mall, it has a supermarket and restaurants and coffee shops literally just across the street. And in front of the mall is the highway where you can take a jeepney or bus to the other touristy spots 5 - 15 or so mins away. - When I walked in the apartment, I instantly felt the good vibes of a relaxing vacation. I suspect it has to do with the experience on the bus ride from congested traffic of metro Manila to gradually easing and the tree-lined highway of Tagaytay and the serenity of the open lobby where I waited for the caretaker and then walking in to the sight of a pleasingly decored home. - Clean and homie. Modern chic minimalist design. Spacious. Good furnitures. - I haven't watched tv for years, but the first night I decided to check what's on and I'm very impressed with the selection of programs/apps built-in. Though I didn't check each of them (Amazon, Disney etc) I did get to use Netflix and iQiyi which was nice. - Balcony. I enjoyed stepping out for the chilly breeze. - I arrived at noon and they kindly allowed to let me check-in early.

I don't think it's negative, because we understand the reasons why we can't cook. It would be nice if we were able to cook. The good thing is Ayala Mall is just walking distance so you can just buy the food there. Other than that, I don't see any reason not to like the place.

We enjoyed our stay and we are surely coming back to stay at this place. It was cozy and clean. Everything works fine. The AC and the heater works just fine. The owner is so accommodating since I had so many questions. The staff are nice and we were able to maximize our stay. We recommend this place because it was so cozy. We are definitely coming back.
