Water pressure is kind of weak. There was that one time that the WiFi was down. But it wasn’t their fault. Internet service in palawan really sucks.

I think i have booked 4 stays (or more) already with them. The staff already knows me. They always give me the same room (room 14). Pretty spacious room, and very near to almost all key places: provincial capitol, airport, mall, convenience stores, and restaurants.

The chickens in the morning but this wasn't a major problem for us as we are early risers and had to get a flight anyway.

It was great for what we needed; somewhere to rest before a flight the next day. Good location! Some really nice coffee shops and restaurants nearby. A 10mins walk away from a very big shopping mall which is handy if you are travelling in between places and need to pick things up. Short drive away from the airport and port. Wifi was actually really good here, better than what we'd had at other stays. The women running the business were very kind and helpful.

The owner arranges the trip and transport. They arranged for me a trip for the underground river and transport to Port Barton. And for the transport they charged me 700 pesos and they told me it is fixed price, wheras it wasn't true. The transport price should be less, not more than 450 pesos.

I like the rooftop. The room was clean, and there was AC in the room. The owners are nice.

No soap available. Too many dogs and cats around the property. A fighting rooster farm right in front guarantees an early wake-up without alarm clock 🤪

Location was not the best, 15 - 20 min walk towards the port. But it was no problem as Bike hire available from reception. @ 500 Paso per day.

Everything was very basic down to their not supplying water to refill bottles. No liquid soap, No coffee or tea or even facilities for making your own.

At Keens Place I loved the most, that they have so many cats and dogs - they are taking good care of them (some of them were strays). The staff (really all of them) are soooo kind and friendly, they would always like to have a chat and help with all wishes. The rooms are big and comfortable with a good shower. They have a beautiful rooftop with a lot of plants, wich is so relaxful after a daytour to underground river or just a day in the city. It is also perfectly located, close to the airport and surrounded by many restaurants (and bars).

Friendliness of staff, the owner helped me book a tour to Honda Bay islands, you can also book the tour to the underground river. Great value for money, bathroom is really small and air conditioner is noisy but still works well, given the really reasonable price I still think the place is decent. Room was clean and there's a large roof terrace on the 2nd floor. Towels and toilet paper are provided, contrary to what I read in some other reviews. It is located 10 minutes from the town centre / baywalk by tricycle and 5 minutes from the airport. I also read people complaining about the mattress being too hard but I found it perfectly fine and slept really well! At the end of the road there are plenty of tricycle drivers who can take you anywhere. There's a great Filipino family restaurant around the corner, and a vegetarian restaurant across the road, along with a mini market. I suggest buying the large 5L or 6.6L bottles as the property doesn't have a refill station. The owners were very kind to hold on to my luggage after check out as my flight was late in the evening.

Combined toilet and shower was very small, and there is no place to put a toiletry kit/bag, so everything gets wet when taking a shower. But this is a minor issue that can be overlooked.

Fairly good sized room, high ceiling, very clean. It is very near the airport, just a short tricycle ride away, and it is centrally located, being just along the street by the side of the Provincial Capitol. Many good restaurants around. There is a fantastic lounge area on the third floor surrounded by lots of plants. It was airy and cool. The extra sink outside the toilet, and a place to hang clothes, were great additions to the room.

I told the hotel we’d be arriving after midnight and when we arrived the whole place was locked up. we couldn’t call them as we had no sim and in middle of nowhere so had to open the gate and shout until someone came out- not ideal. they told us we should of told them- we did!! no hot water and no towels provided

unfortunately there was a gym hall right outside our window, where they played several sports tournamenta during our stay. Luckily the noise only lasted a few hours in the late afternoon.

The room is basic, but we were expecting this based on the listing and the price we paid. The shower was very weak but did have hot water.

Great location, staff were lovely throughout the whole trip. They were able to help with booking tours and transport and made sure that we had everything we needed during our stay. The air-conditioning was good and beds were decent. The room was clean and comfortable.
