Clean property, basic room. Warm shower. great rooftop filled with plants to just kick back an relax in a very busy city! And really welcoming staff! Would 100% recommend.

Behind it there is a chicken and rooster farm. We couldn’t sleep because of the noise and next door to it the neighbours kept making noise till all hours of the night. We booked a trip through them to the underground river tour we travelled there for 2 hours squashed in a minivan then when we got there the tour guide said it was cancelled due to bad weather he tried to play dumb and tell us that no one notified them and the decision was just made to cancel all tours. But when I asked another tourist that had been there before us he said the decision was made 2 hours ago and there was a sign on the door. But they still demanded 400 pesos each from us for their time even though the tour didn’t take place. The owners of the property said there is nothing they can do but we had to pay. The point is not the money but people taking advantage of tourists thats the frustrating part

Had to pay an extra 100 pesos for the use of 2 towels, if u need an extra roll of toilet paper they charge. as they do for an extra sheet on the bed…

*No fridge, no water bottle. *No towel- u need to rent it or us ur own. *no electricity near bed. *I booked a trip to the unground river and they told me its 2100 including all - I had to pay extra 650 for that trip. *I booked transportation to el nido, right after underground river tour- i had to wait for 2 hours at some junction, waiting for the van.

Simple but has everything you need and is comfortable! The staff are incredibly helpful and thoughtful - they can help to plan trips and do not charge an inflated rate. asking them late at night and a tour was arranged and picked up the next morning.

Very welcoming staff and easy check inn , is only a 15 walk from the airport . The rooms are very clean , comfortable bed good shower and good aircon , close to many restaurants and bars . Also has a rooftop bar to relax Thanks 🙏

The owner and staff were very rude to us. we had booked 3 rooms, 2 of which for 3 nights and 1 for 2 nights. the guests leaving after 2 nights stayed for 2 hours in our room after informing the staff they would stay for another 2 hours. The receptionist and owner then came to our room asking them to leave as they were no longer her guests, and that they are no longer allowed in the hotel. she said she would charge an extra 400php per person if they stayed. we explained several times it was just until their plane left and they were not bothering anyone. we ended up leaving for lunch as we felt very unwelcome. too bad as it initially started ok. i would not recommend to stay there even if it is cheap

good location and value for money, the massage place next to it Mulan’s Massage and Spa is absolutely wonderful and I recommend going! very nice and experienced staff

the staff where so rude to us on multiple occasions, our flight was later than our check out and we asked to leave our stuff and sit on the roof top while we wait- not only did they tell us they didn’t care as we was no longer their guests but also tried to charge us 100peso per half hour we stayed? they also was super rude and made us pay to borrow a bowl to eat our food.

I didn't like it. Terribly. room old, shower broken. furniture is all old. inside the other rooms dogs bark. My girl Filipino wanted to wash-she was told that it is impossible to do it or need to pay separately money. hang clothes outside the room on the rope too said can not, need to pay. Glass of hot water for coffee (only water) costs 20 pesos.

The only plus is close location to the Center of the city, where many restaurants and shops

we loved our stay here it was amazing and the family were all so lovely and kind, our room was great so spacious, quiet, comfy and lots of hanging and storage to put all our belongings, great air con, handy shop by reception and next door, beautiful rooftop area to relax and enjoy, very close to good restaurants and cafes, the owners were so caring and always ready to help, great wifi and we would definitely recommend!
