Only an observation, I was about to use your airport transfer from the hotel to the Airport, but in your website, the cost is way too much. I think It is about Three Thousand Pesos (P3,000). One would not normally spend this much in getting a ride from your hotel to the Airport. So please consider reducing the cost a bit. Thank You.

All went went, staff were respectful and very accomodating, the property is well maintained, to this end I would like to commend the staff who is in charged of making up the rooms at the 9th floor, he kept our room clean in the entire four days of our stay. Food is great. The free water you provide the guest at the hallway is also exceptional and convenient, that way, we dont have to buy water from elsewhere.

The location of the loft we stayed is a bit far from the hotels main building. It's on the University Tower building. Two to three buildings away and a small street to cross. Kinda hassle for check-in and check-out process. Plus, there's a 2k pesos deposit upon check-in. (That you can collect on your check-out.) But I don't mind that. Just that it's a first for me. But overall, it's a good stay. We like it there.

The flat we stayed in was good and comfortable. It's not perfect, but I would recommend this and would love to go back with my family. So we can try the pool and gym. Even staff are very helpful. Location is the best! Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay as the hotel is very comfortable. Big beds, drinking water offered for free and no noise from the street. The staff is very helpful and answers all questions. The hotel is around the corner from a shopping mall.

Lack of parking space. The space infront of the hotel can only accommodate 3-4 vehicles and if yours is an SUV, people walking could bump or scratch the back part since the space takes the pedestrian pathway. There's a pay parking lot nearby though, but such a hassle to walk if you have luggage or kids with you.

Accessible to the venue of our son's activity in DLSU Taft. 2-3min walk from a mall (Robinsons Place Manila). Food shops nearby as well.

The area would not suit all sorts - this is not Makate, its real downtown. On the plus side the Robinsons mall and supermarket were really convenient.

We took a room with a kitchenette as we needed to stay for a while. It was big and comfortable. In addition, the staff were both friendly and very professional.

The parking slots are limited but there is a paid parking nearby.

The Family suite room was perfect for our small family. The Kitchenette served us well as we cooked our own dishes for the New year's celebration. Buffet breakfast had limited selection, but it doesn't matter because the cook is really talented. Staff is also friendly and helpful. Robinsons Manila is just a 5-minute walk away from the Hotel. The room was nice and clean. We were unsure about the bed type and made a request before we arrived, and this was met. One evening we arrived late and the kitchen had closed. But the kitchen opened for us and made us an appreciated dinner anyway. Thank you so much. Staff was helpful and wonderful.
