Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

PhilippinesThere are no fridge, kettle, tea or coffee in the room. Towels have stains and only soap and toilet paper are provided. Restaurant is almost nonexistent. No consideration on children, we had to pay extra even if we did not require an extra bed.
The hotel is close to the plaza.

United StatesThough the rooms are big, they could have added at least a place to eat in the room with tables and chairs especially the family room. We have to sit on the floor since there's no place to eat. The cafeteria is open but then if it gets busy you won't have a table. Some towels are stained so bad it looks like it wasn't washed also they are so small can't even wrap a small teenagers body. WiFi doesn't reach the rooms so you have to go down the "lobby" or cafeteria to use it.
Accessible to since it's in the city and there is a 711 just outside the hotel. Also the staffs are super nice. Rooms are big and 1 big family room could fit more than 5 but there's only 2 big beds. Even if the building looks old and feels old there is no bugs or cockroaches! Which is way better than our previous night's hotel. Overall our experience was good. By the way their tapa is good 👍
