The room could use a refresh. There were two bed but one of them was really hard (but both were big enough so we could both sleep on one).

The room was big and there is a nice food market around the hotel.

The room is almost pitch dark even at daytime; there's practically no natural light. Some shelves (or stool) could be installed both in the room and in the bathroom to help putting things down, rather than keeping everything in one's own bag (or on the floor). The water tank of the toilet needs fixing. The tiny holder above the sink has little space for the soap, change clothes etc. Warm water in the shower would have been welcome.

The receptionist lady was really kind! The reception and the central corridor is inviting. The place looked clean in general. The paint of the room seemed fairly recent.

The air is bad in the area and since I was in ground floor you can't escape it. Building is pretty old and has lots of bugs. Pretty small room and rusted shower. Towel was one of those plastic ones that don't dry you well and are horrible to touch with wet skin.

Name: Oyo 749This pension house is perfect for those individual who would like to stay in a cheap but good quality rooms, for just less than P1,000.00 you can stay in a beautiful hotel. The rooms are very clean as well and the toilet has heater. They have very fast wifi connection and their rooms has TV and cabinet which I think it’s very good. Their front desk is the best! Very welcoming, accommodating and very polite towards on it’s clients.

There was an infestation of ants that would not quit. Granted I already knew about how ants could be in the Philippines but this was out of control. The shower was mediocre at best and the CR was also overrun with ants and was quite possibly the source.

What I didn't like was the fact that my reservation with Booking.com was canceled. In the app, the booking status was confirmed. No cancellation was made on my end. However, according to the staff, the booking was canceled. He also added that maybe I didn't respond to OYO's call before my arrival. The thing is, I did not receive any phone call from OYO nor did I experience such phone calls with my previous reservations involving an OYO property.

The location and room are okay for me. It is convenient to travel as the property is located in Metro Cebu. Thus, it is closest to known landmarks and malls.
