Location was good, short walk into centre of Ello Nido. But, transport required to reach main beaches. Breakfast was local menu only. Staff excellent.

The neighbors have roosters that crow in the very early morning so that you wake up.

It is a very nice and beautiful hotel. The pool is amazing and it is only a little walk to the beach and the amusement strip

While the nightly rate of 121GBP seemed reasonable, a few things caught us off guard. We arrived around 1pm, hoping for immediate room access, but unfortunately, the room wasn't ready yet. Luggage storage was offered, but it would have been nice to settle in after our travels. Secondly, the hotel requires a 5,000 peso (approximately 80GBP) cash damage deposit, or a credit card hold for the same amount. We typically don't travel with credit cards, so luckily, I had one on hand. However, getting the deposit released took nearly two weeks. It's possible this delay was caused by my bank, but the hotel confirmed they had sent it back. Regardless, it's something to consider when booking, especially if you prefer to avoid credit card use while traveling.

I had an excellent stay at the hotel. The shower was fantastic, and they even ironed my clothes for 50 pesos a shirt. The room was immaculate and they even printed off a little card that said our names on and they left it on our bed.

There was not enough room to put personal belongings like toothbrushes or cosmetics. The light was not bright enough unless you open the curtains

we were not satisfied with the room service .Unfortunately when we arrived the room was not managed in case of cleanliness for new guests , Although we mentioned this issue to the staff again we faced with unchanged towels in our room.

Our room didn’t had balkony and had view of neighbours chicken yard but it didn’t bother us since it was quite.

The hotel has very good localisation, close to many restaurants and walking distance to port.staff are welcoming and booked island hopping for us. Room was spacious and had AC. There is swimming pool at 5th floor with nice view.

Our room smelled bad, there was mould and it was constantly moist. We got another room after a couple of days though.

Some of the rooms are by the central air conditioning system so at about 5am the system comes on. Only heard it as I didn’t run a the air on in my room

Bathroom was very small and pokey. No views from the rooms rather looking in people's houses.

The hotel is in a great location. The street markets are just across the road, and you can easily walk into the main town which comes alive at night. The pool is beautiful with a great vista. The breakfast is also very good. The rooms unfortunately had no views. The hotel was clean and tidy and very pleasant to stay in.
