Hotel lacks more bellboys to assist guests in bringing their stuffs to their rooms and housekeeping staff if room needs to be made up (per request) or request for towels daily . We waited for 2 hrs to be checked in (4pm) bec room is not yet ready.Pls Improve on this area.Even they need to disifect with UV sterilizer, if they have more housekeeping staff ,then Guests will not take so long to be checked in.. Very poor rating on this matter..

The staff was great esp the front desk headed by Ms Faith together with Ms Shane and Mr Norby. .They went beyond our expectation to help make our stay comfortable and enjoyable despite the lack of roomboys and housekeeping staff . They were all professional yet very friendly and delightful. Room was clean, disinfected, well spaced room. Location is perfect ..beachfront ..makes it convenient for us to go back to the restroom esp if you have kids..Easy access to the beach and other restaurants . Though it takes so long for the breakfast to be served even if it was pre ordered the night before,waiters are efficient and accomodating...For our 6day-stay we tasted all the bfast menus,they could improve on the meal servings and range of dishes.. Should maintain the cleanliness of the area.. Reasonably priced rooms since it was Holy week when we stayed there. We were upgraded to the beachview room since our pool view room was flooded when their was heavy rains for 2 days.but they were quick to respond and manage the situation.Praise God! Overall it was a lovely beach vacay experience..

Some notes though: 1. The room in the 3rd floor is a little old, the shower room has no door therefore water is all over the floor when showering 2. Housekeeping is upon request, but they do it thoroughly when you asked them. 3. We always order breakfast the night before but 2 out of 5 breakfast, they kept giving us plain rice instead of our requested garlic rice 3. When you had breakfast after 8AM, the restaurant service is so slow even when you already gave your orders the night before.

We loved Le Soleil! We loved the beachfront location, accommodating receptionists, the privacy of the pool and the delicious breakfast.

No coffee machine in the room no btl water in the room the room needed a little tlc like the toilet seat and the closet and no long chairs on the beach for Hotel customers

Hard to get in to the hotel, if you arrived from the highway, there’s no access near to the hotel. You need to walk and carry all your stuff by yourself. No hotel staff will help even after you checkout. Second thing, the room provided was too far from the pool and beach. Every time you go out, you must do everything you planned because when you get back to your room you’ll feel tired from walking so you will just stay and just rest.

it’s in the heart of Boracay, in busy street of station 2. the hotel staff are helpful and courteous. They even gave us complimentary juice after not serving our food on time. Free breakfast is good to start your day at Boracay, love the beach front view. Easy to get to d’mall and shops. You can also borrow banig if you want to sit by the shore and relax.

. ...The drinking water and toiletress are not routinely replenished on a daily basis. Food choices is very limited and on our last day they ran out of fish (ironic for an island resort). . Most of the staff are not courteous (except for the receptionist and guard) and don't seem to be happy seeing us around. They dont have an intercom tho they provide you with a cell number to call. Their breakfast is extremely limited ( we got a different bf from what we ordered😁)

. The lady receptionist is very accommodating, kind and courteous. She is the only one i see smiling at the guests She reports to work very early and goes out late at night. She is doing her job really The rooms are really nice tho some may not have a good view. The pool is just okay.The best part?..The beachfront location is perfect! (even tho you need to walk from the road to the hotel).

It is not their fault but the most direct route to the hotel down a narrow alley is not ideal, especially if it has been raining.

Comfortable hotel in a great location in the centre of Station 2 directly on the beachfront. The facilities were good, but the staff, without exception, were great.

Poor customer service from the restaurant and receptionist. It took a really long time for us to get checked in even though there was no one else around. Getting food and drinks took forever again even with no other customers. There’s no water pressure in the bathroom sink and the shower was leaking so it was difficult to sleep through the trickling noise of water. Checkout was also problematic, the bell hop who helped with the bags was the same person who clears the rooms. Instead of clearing the room right away he took us down and then went back up, instead of calling the receptionist to expedite our checkout he took his time coming back. We couldn’t leave until he returned. Overall the customer service was very disappointing. I do not recommend anyone to stay here.

Pictures does not match the actual room. Facilities are outdated. Heater faulty. Beds are uncomfortable. Towels are smelly.

Staff are friendly and attentive. We were switched room on our second day, sadly it is still not as pictured.

We booked a Superior Deluxe room, but what we got was a fully appointed room with an air conditioner that was noisy so we couldn't sleep. Wasn't there a safe there 🤨 It was fine to change rooms 😊 A small balcony barely enough room for two chairs. Price too high for what we got🤨
