The wifi is slow. I'm in the 2nd flr but I can only have a good signal in the bathroom and slightly good in bed. But I was able to connect both my phone and laptop.

The staff is kind and polite. Always smiling and greeting you nicely They always offer some help. Being attentive to the guests need is a big thumbs up. I love that they allow me to check in even though I'm too early for my check in time.

We didn't like the thing that they put in the middle of the mattress the one that holds the mattress together it was uncomfortable to sleep on since you could feel it once you were in the middle. I suggest they should put a mattress topper so the person who is lying on the bed can't feel the hard thing in the middle.

Pool is not so properly maintained. Needs more cleaning. Also, we needed to wait for an hour because room wasn’t ready yet upon check in time. :(

1. The non-functional kitchen. We weren’t allowed to cook. We were allowed to bring outside food in, but it would have been a completely different and better experience if my family and I got to cook our own meal in such beautifully designed Villa. 2. A few things were also almost non-functional: a) Some of the key cards + doors, b) toilet flush, c) some of the TVs, d) phones to contact for service. Some of the doors kept locking us out. We couldn’t reach out to anyone and so we ended up walking out to the apartment-side, where the service were. He fixed the doors and the TV. The toilet flush was a different story. I only discovered the flush wasn’t functional after dropping a huge bomb! I had to fix the flush myself to avoid an embarrassing scene. 3. Wi-Fi speed was reliable, I thought, but might have been placed somewhere better to avoid the constant disconnection. Like, when we’re all upstairs in our room, we kept losing connection. We dint bring our work with us so that wasn’t really an issue. 4. The pool was in front of our Villa BUT wasn’t private to our Villa and so we kept having people coming up to the pool. The outside noises from the random people coming up to the pool took the private and intimate feel/experience away. 5. There were a lot of CCTV cameras in the living and dining/kitchen areas. We dint know if they were working but they gave this creepy Big Brother vibe, taking the private/intimate experience away.

My family and I all loved the French/Mediterranean interiors. The moment we stepped in, we’ve not even settled yet, we all started taking photos and videos and sharing them! The interiors seemed WAY better the Okada. Our recent Okada stay suddenly felt cheap!

There was no bath tub and their pictures in booking.com had bath tub. The tv was not working. The pool was separated from the hotel and with no one guarding so I feel even non hotel guests can use it

WiFi needs improvement. Bathroom needs some maintenance as the tub keeps on leaking even when not in use. Hope to see more offers for their in house meals. During our stay, only breakfast was available.

Hotel staff gave excellent customer service. 🥰 I would like to commend Russelle, Diane, Marvin and Fredo for making our stay very comfortable and relaxing. Location is great! Near Starbucks, McDonald's, Puregold grocery, Rotunda. Along the highway so you can hail a trike or a bokyu if you don't feel like driving 😅 Bedding and linens were clean and super comfy 😴

Pool a bit far from the hotel. Please extend yiur cancellation date. Since the room is big please accomidate 2 children and 3 adults to stay.

No telco signal. Internet is so bad. We cannot connect because it didn't reach our room. We thought we can relax there. No Netflix. Cable connection is unstable.
