We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomVery slow to serve breakfast. They had a problem with the drains. I was in room 101 on the ground floor. They had to move me upstairs to escape the sewage smell. Apparently they fixed the problem by the time I'd checked out of the hotel.
Western quality hotel. Fast Internet. Good sized rooms. Best shower water pressure I've experienced whilst travelling in the Philippines. Tasty free breakfast.

United KingdomI haven't met a more courteous staff, from the Reception ladies, to the Housekeeping, to the Kitchen staff. They are always ready to help the guests especially us, two bitty elderly ladies 😊. They even assigned a Ground Floor room for us. In terms of location, the hotel is accessible to a mall, church and quite a few restaurants. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended.

The breakfast is available for a minimal fee. There were few selections however. The hotel location is a bit far from the city center. But a lot of restaurants coffee shops are within walking distance.

GermanyUnfortunately we had a horrible smell in the bathroom coming from the sewer - the smell also spread to the bedroom. It smelled like rotten eggs. Housekeeping tried to fix the problem but unfortunately the smell always came back.
In general big rooms with a comfy bed. Hotel seems quite new.
