The rooms felt incomplete. The room my wife stayed in was missing a hot water heater for the shower which we were informed of when we arrived. It was also missing a TV, but had the hook-ups for it. There were holes between the air conditioner and the wall that could allow lizards to get into the room. Having lived in the Philippines for a couple of years, this was pretty normal for my wife and I, but I could see it being a big red flag to those who might book there. It seems like they just don't have enough money to spruce up the hotel in the way they want and I hope they get more business!

Lighthouse View hotel was very accommodating and friendly. We were in a pickle due to how early our flight was the next day on Panay Island and if we stayed on Boracay we probably wouldn't have made our flight. Luckily, Lighthouse View hotel was close to the airport and had enough rooms for my friends and family to stay in. They were super helpful in getting us settled in and even upgraded one of our rooms for free. They even brought juice to our rooms after we arrived which was very nice. Hotel Van service to the airport was on time and they helped get all our luggage to the airport as well. Overall, it met my expectations for what it was.

The wifi was poor but I was hotspotted by a staffer on my level. They promised to fix it. Just needs a relay modem.

The room was big and super clean. Looked like a recent makeover. Bathroom was big and had hotwater and a hose for the toilet (love the hose) Jug supplied, vanity desk with mirror for the ladies, cupboard space and aircon. Nice dining room downstairs.They provided a car service to the port for only 30 pesos. A special shoutout to the staff especially Dezza, Rose and Jiggs, who couldn't have been more helpful.

1. I messaged asking about transportation services and they said they provide services, however no where in my message did it say they charge for it, so when I check-in I wanted to make sure my ride to the airport was scheduled and that’s when the front desk said there’s a charge per person. A bit misleading because they should’ve said that in the message. 2. Room was not fully clean, yes the sheets and bed were clean but the bathroom was not. And in the corner of the wall there were spiders and ants.

Booked cause the pictures looked nice and clean but when we opened the door for the first time I was disappointed. Ac was low but we were able to ask for fans, although we got 1 I asked for 2 since I booked 2 rooms.

We cannot able to take shower because the hot water is not working, and when we woke up in the morning the shower was full of water on the floor because the hot water tank was leaking, The room is not clean, they didnt removed the two dirty towels, it seems they didnt clean the whole room and the mirror of the bathroom is dirty

Aircon is not cooling that much in the room. Maybe because it is too small for the room area. There was power outtage at around 12:30 midnight and no one was in the reception during those times. AC was not cooling the room enough.

LOCATION: there's hardly enough restaurants outside which is understandable. But they have a restaurant beside them which had flavorful food and a reasonable price. Place was a few steps near the beach and Sambiray dock/lighthouse. We had a nice sunset walk there. ROOM: room was nice and clean but the AC hardly cooled the place. We had a hard time sleeping due to that. There was a hot/cold shower which was nice. STAFF: they were very friendly and accomodating. We asked for hot water and they gave us an electric kettle. They also offered to pick us up from Jetty Port via hotel van which only cost us 30php each and they even gave us a ride to the airport super early in the morning and that also only costs 30php each.
