Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IrelandWe didn't like breakfast- served like buffet, where fried eggs was cold and if you like to have eggs for breakfast you'd have to be there at 7am. Coffee only filtered, no tea or coffee bags to make own tea,no toaster. in general all breakfast menu is Philippines type with rice and meats.

I like the place it smells like a real lime. The staff greets you always. They let us check in 2 hours early. If I ever go back again I would chose their place.

United StatesI think the major thing for me is that the hotel is not handicap accessible. I traveled with family members who are in their 70s, so the stairs to get in the lobby were quite a task for them. There was staff always available help with your items, though. I thought it was kind of weird that children were included in the reservation but that I had to pay extra for breakfast.
Though it wasn't an actual beachfront location, I liked that public transportation was accessible right in front of the property. Being away from the hustle and bustle of the beach was my plan anyway. My top floor room and pool location offered a great view of the ocean and sunset. loved the "lime theme" going on, especially the lime scent in the lobby. It was a nice touch. Hotel staff were kind and attentive. The included breakfast was decent.

Everything you need is just around the corner (convenient store, restaurant, laundry shop, cash machine). Only 5mins walk from the beach. Friendly staff, always greet you and smile. Pool area and bar is nice and relaxing.
