We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Hong KongActually there was no bed sheet. Only a mattress cover and a blanket. I found it a bit uncomfortable.
Amazing location on Bounty beach. It is actually in the middle of the beach but not noisy somehow. Great staff taking care of the rooms as well as the dive shop. The King room with see view was clean and with little terrasse and direct access to the beach.

PortugalRoom on the ground floor is very dark. Booking with breakfast is pointless if you dive with a dive center that is not in the hotel as most dives start early and they will not provide a packed breakfast if you don't dive with them. Low water pressure makes you compromise between pressure and temperature in the shower.

Simple hotel located in front of the beach, where the ferry arrives and most dive centers are located. Quite and clean without luxuries if you come to dive and relax. Good Wi-Fi quality. They also have a restaurant and a dive center on the premises.

South AfricaVery clean and cozy rooms with great service. Loveliest resort crew helping with anything imaginable. Great dive shop with awesome instructors, dive masters and boot crew. We did our advanced divers licenses and a double dive trip to Gato Island. We can more than recommend to stay and dive here.

Accommodation was sufficient and good. Provided drinking water bottle for the room. Diving with the team was exceptional. Kevin was a great teacher and experienced in the Thresher locations. I can recommend Little Mermaid Dive Resort for your Advanced training and for Thresher Shark diving.

NetherlandsThere is no wifi if you have a room behind the building. We booked a room with breakfast (paid extra) but it was a bit disappointed. We didn’t had choice and it wasn’t special. We also had to pay 20 pesos extra to fill our water bottle..

KuwaitOur room was not on the beachfront but in a separate complex behind the main building. Despite being very clean, the room had a light smell of humidity because it doesn't receive sunlight. WiFi was almost non existent in the rooms.
The bed is huge and comfortable. The room decoration is nice. There is a nice seating area in front of the room. Beddings and towels were changed daily. Breakfast was good despite the limited options (eggs or pancake). All staff members were extremely nice and helpful especially Ariel.
