This is definitely a hostel and feels this way - I was traveling with a baby and definitely heard people getting back from partying in the middle of the night etc. because the walls to the hallway were a bit thin. So just make sure you are okay with that. Also, the rooms were not cleaned super well and I feel like some of the linens were quite old. I think there is some room for improvement here. Also there were VERY long wait times for the elevators as there are clearly too few elevators for the number of people using them.

Pretty decent price for what you get and the common areas are nice. Staff are also very nice!

No free water Not able to eat /drink outside food or drinks in the hostel. Bathroom, showers didn't drain. Only 2 lifts, can take a while.

The king bed wasn’t a king size bed but with two single bed combined it together. The comfort room water heater not really working.

- minus only for the showers - they are often used by guests, so it is difficult to keep them perfectly clean

- in dormitory room, everyone has their own large locker for suitcases and hangers and a small cabinet next to the bed, e.g. for documents/wallet - nice staff at the 24-hour reception - a few beds in the room - but you feel comfortable - a lot of space - they change the towel - in the bathroom you don't have to wait in line for a shower/toilet - the staff takes out the garbage and washes the floor on a regular basis - on the roof - skybar - you can eat breakfast, lunch or have a drink - a common place to relax - good localization

Elevators, taking too long. Bathroom, the water from the shower head is getting on the wood floor; glass door could have prevented it or a more elevated floor.

The private room made me feel comfortable that it gave me good sleep. Location is great its close to a lot of great places. Staffs, specially the guards are very friendly and they would assist you under no circumstances. Facility overall is nice, theres a small playroom at the lobby. Where my friends used while waiting for me.

The bathroom wasn't very well ventilated and there was a bit of a musky smell. While I booked a room with a queen bed for myself, it was obviously two twins joined together and the line down the middle was uncomfortable. You end up just using one side only anyway.

I had the private room and it was a good size for one or two persons. It's great as a place to crash after a long day out. I also had a nice view out the window of the city. The location was also accessible via car to makati and rockwell areas. You're also close to the night life in Poblacion.

Dirty towels & smelly room. Reception area is weird and stuff was a bit confused.

Only thing that was really bad was smell in the room. Maybe just we were unlucky and I don't know if that was because of the AC, or septic, by when we got back to our room we almost could not breathe. We couldn't open window because it was locked. When we asked for help they unlocked window only temporary and used some air fresh spray in the room and left. Other than that everything was good. I believe this is not standard for every room.

I liked concept of the room. Bathroom and toilet was ok. Breakfast also good. There is food market nearby and you can have a dinner there.
