The staff are kind and patient, and they love the bar on the 13th floor, so that foreign tourists can deeply feel the Halloween atmosphere!

The recepcionist they didnt help us. They didnt even explain us how the elevator works. So confusing at the beginning

No daily cleaning of the room. You can't order anything from your room. The available TV channels are all local channels for indigenous people - what about foreigners, those who can't understand the language. I think international channels should be included eg. CNN,BBC, Movie channels in English ,local channels that are subtitled.

Excellent wifi. Comfortable room and neat but no cleaning afterwards.

No comfort room inside the room, not indicated on the ads that it will be bunk bed and with roommates to share the room.

The room wasn’t very clean upon our arrival (ie: dried blood smeared on the bathroom wall 😬). Unsure if I’d come back but it was fine for a night!

I'd recommend taking a grab from the airport instead of the shuttle service. (It cost almost twice as much as my stay)

- There was no chair available since the room had limited space - Game room facilities were not properly maintained - No hair dryer - not much toiletries (toothbrush, vanity kit) - located close to the road and sometimes, cars and the church bells would be noisy - The food offered was quite expensive.

I liked that they accommodated our request of having individual beds good for four. Layout was nice that each person had their own personal space. Room was a bit tight but was good enough since we didn't stay all day in the hotel room. Location is great because there was convenience stores close by, plus laundry services and a spa, not to mention, restaurants in the vicinity Reception was easy to contact and they were receptive to our needs. Location was great and the facilities were fully functioning (shower, water heater, mini fridge).

The traffic in the surrounding area of the hostel is insane(!!!).

Overall place is spacious - the private room, common area/co-working space. Value for money given the location and quality of the space. WiFi is stable, which is a plus for when I had to work remotely. It’s also walkable-ish to places like Ayala Avenue, Greenbelt, etc.

There was an incident where a staff (male) entered the room without knocking in the middle of the night. Privacy breached and we were in our underwear. Not sure what was the intention but the staff's reason was that he will do "pest control"

Convenience and cleanliness of the place for it's the price we paid. The area was strategically located in Makati, close to the mall and restaurants.
