We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Big room, hot water in shower appreciated. Lovely breakfast included. Very strong WiFi. Easy to walk to boat pier and organise a boat to the island (set prices per boat, around 1500 return to Punta Verde). Bear in mind you'll pay a compulsory guide fee also on the island (450 min).

Hong KongThere aren't any listed prices. So I was quoted 45P a kilo for laundry, but I was charged 50P. Also, when I needed to book another night, because we were stuck there, I could no longer find their listings on Booking or Agoda, yet there were plenty of rooms available. They would not honor the booking.com rate, but would give me a price in between what was on booking and their unadvertised rate. While I enjoyed my stay there, this part kind of put a wrinkle in it.
The staff there were amazing! We were kind of stuck there as our plans to go to Palaui Island were washed away by the rain, we had to make the most of it there. Shout out to Efren, who was so helpful with all of our requests, getting a boatman to come talk to us, serving as our translator with him, and answering any question we had. Also to Alvin who was our chef and remembered a conversation we had in the beginning about being vegetarian and the dishes I liked, he made those dishes ☺️. It was good, home cooked Filipino food 🤤😋 Very grateful for them and their hospitality. As a B&B it doesn't have any modern amenities, but you can sleep comfortably there. It's nearby the port as well if you're looking to go to Palaui Island

I like how family friendly and refreshing the place was. The place was very neat and clean. We really felt at home. The bonus part is that, we really felt safe because the naval base was very close to us. Also, the staff and the owners are very kind and approachable. It's very easy to talk to them and ask queries when you have one. We're really looking forward to our next booking in this place.

the owners and staff were very helpful and welcoming. the bed and breakfast is clean with clean white beddings and sheets. the toilet and bath also was clean with no problem for hot or cold water in the faucet and shower; the place is a walking distance to the port for boats to hop in for their island tours. The owner made sure we rode the boat going to Palaui islands. thanks so much.

Much safer inside the compound and of course respectfully as guest we put everything back in order. It gave us a good impression of how much they value their customers NEEDS.
