The kitchenware particularly the pans were not so good. Kinda defeats the whole purpose of having a kitchen... but we made do and we used the kitchen most days. I also did not like that anything not working we had to call the owner, but the things that were not working were pretty minor (like the AC remote).

Stayed here 8 days. Good location, the staff very friendly. Excellent internet connection. The room was nice and it was clean. The bed was comfy. View? Well it was ok. But the swimming pool was AWSOME! Grocery store, starbucks and places to eat close by and easily within walking distance. I would stay here again, and I can recommend staying here without hesitation, Bottom line, we liked it and would book it again. - Bart Uguccioni

There seemed to have a sewage issue in the bathroom next to the toilet bowl. Pretty much brought back sewage water and sewage smell in the bathroom.

I had stayed in the same apartment before 5 years and it was very good. this time I didn’t like it the same. It needs some renovation and the wifi worked only for 3 minutes in the beginning and that was a problem for me because I didn’t have Filipino SIM card. the room is comfy and the clean not bad but it could be better. the pool in the building is very nice and very big but it doesn’t allow to eat or drink anything. the beach is good and the distance is 10 minutes by walk. many restaurants and super markets in the building.

The beach was a bit far from the hotel proper.

The host are nice to let us stay even after checking out when our flight was delayed. The place was so good that we stayed there at most during our tour in Cebu.

I came here to use the fitness center and spa advertised. Booking.com guests CANNOT use these facilities - they are only for residents. So it’s just an apartment (not luxurious at all) and beach access, in an area full of building sites. And the washing machine didn’t work. It’s completely false advertising - a total scam. The owner was unhelpful and unapologetic. There’s a pool but it’s closed on Mondays. The pool has a view of the cranes and building sites. At the beach, the toilets are broken, there’s no running water to wash your hands, there are few sun shades, and it was full of sick Korean people coughing phlegm onto the sand.

The a/c in the bedroom worked.

Gym only open for long term residences. Small problem really.

The apartment was great. Nice and clean in a great location. We were a family of 3. The sofa bed was comfortable. Take a metered taxi from the airport. Much cheaper than the car company that operates from the airport. Zenaida was helpful and always responded promptly.

Not a lot about apartment but cebu fantastic as always just the apartment let us down we have been going to cebu from over 20 years and I have never seen such a poor quality and dirty accommodation in all that time

The place was Dirty and there was no hot water air conditioning was very poor I request a apartment for three adults with two beds and got an apartment with a very small double bed and a bit off a plastic Matt I had to go out and buy a blowup bed for my father-in-law to sleep on the .all the windows look out on building sites and unfinished buildings .the bathroom was very dirty and Smelled of damp and old wet clothes .the fridge was absolutely filthy and rattled my wife gave it a good clean so we could use it. The TV had three channels with news and nothing else all in all the place was not very good at all the staff we're nice. Only one left was working . if you want out side the place like a bomb site

The room has lots of small cockroaches. Our bookings of 3 nights 4 days but the wifi only worked on the first day. I asked for airport transfer and were quoted 500 per way 1 week prior of arrival, however, on arrival day they said it’s 500 pesos per person with 5 people, therefore it would cost 2,500 pesos. We hired Grab instead and only cost no more than 400 pesos. The beddings has bed smells and has bed bugs that gave me itchy body.

Nothing at all. I've been booking rooms for the past 10 years and it met my expectations.

I love everything. From the moment the owner greeted us to the free pass to the beach to the free access of the pool and all the way when it was our time to check out. the place is awesome. It doesn't have any seaview though, but we love the city lights when we were at the balcony. It's a studio type but there was a glass divider and it was awesome. The bathroom has a heater and a bathtub. The kitchen was exemplary as well since they also have a washing machine/dryer. Highly recommended.
