The bed is soo small, the location is soo scary 😬 I couldn't go out without taking a grab. The breakfast was only served on the first day, every time I went up to eat no one is there they said the breakfast time is from 6 to 10 but when I went there at 8 no one is there. The recieving area smells soo bad I think because of the dog.

The bathroom needs fixing: the toilet didn't flush at all, the shower barely worked, took ages to fill in the bucket. The walls are very thin, so I could hear everyone walking and talking

Good location, inside of Hipodromo which is a very local and authentic area. Staff were very kind and nice, breakfast good and the view from the rooftop is amazing!

Steep stairs and open window on the stair areas. It maybe difficult for seniors and kids but we managed.

Staff were very helpful and kind. Staff catered our requests with no complaints. They got up so early just to cook and prepare our breakfast because we had early tours and flight. Awesome staff. Nice view on the roof top. Good value for the money.

It is quite hard to get a cab during rainy days but the staff is helpful if you ask. Grab and Angkas are available in this area.

The property is a little bit hard to find but if they will put a big sign outside their street, it will help the guests to easily find them.

The staff were very accomodating even with our last minute change on our booking. They were very understanding and no further questions were being asked. The breakfast was also good. Overall, we were happy with their service and would definitely book with them again the next time we visit Cebu.

The location is far from the main road. The guest house is inside the neighborhood. You must pass through the entire barangay to get there. Hard to get a taxi from the guest house. So I did not stay there. I booked another hotel near the highway and ayala istead.

Its affordable. The staff was very accomodating. He let me in although I arrived before the check in time.

Location is not the best of all places or very inconvenient. Taxi / motorcycles have a hard time finding the place. It is far from the main road. It's very stuffy and smelly outside. Very narrow roads. The outside doesn't look safe. This is a four-storey house with very steep stairs. I wouldn't recommend this for people with disabilities or senior citizens. There is no service to carry your bags to your room. There are better areas which are accessible from the price you've paid and the service provided. I would suggest looking at other accommodation especially for tourists.

The location is not good. The stairs are not even. Our blanket was itchy. You will clean your own plate after breakfast (but that’s okay).

I guess you’ll just get what you pay for. The room was clean but there was a cockroach during our stay. No windows, only in the bathroom.

The location is very secluded and within residential area. The road going there is very narrow making driving difficult. The room is small and has no entertainment appliances and kitchen stuffs. No elevator and the stairs are very stiff.

They give them a room that the door is broken someone can come in easily I didn't like the way they didn't answer me in my message after I Request a two more pillow for my brother he had asthma he need a hard pillow or 2 pillow to sleep on They should answer me i didn't like the way they ask my brother to pay another extra pillow for 50 pesos each pillow .do I come back ..hell no. The room is not so clean

- Very loud air con and other buzzing. Air con didnt even cool well. Sleeping uncomfortable. - Location in the Hippodromo is poor. It only has one exit, so although in a straight line there is 400m to the Ayala Center, u actually need to walk nearly 2km.
