Nothing wrong with motel, just the rain.

Enjoy our stay there, we had rain most of the time but it was rainy season, would recommend it to anyone was clean, staff were nice.

The hotel is a bit worn, but given the time shut by Covid I understand.

Breakfast was OK. For the price of the room it was included. You should take this option since nothing is open in the a.m. that is nearby.

The pail in the bathroom, they could maybe have a newer one. Their towels could be replaced now too as the ones they have looks old and not white anymore.

The pool and garden area are so beautiful.

Hallways that appear too old and gloomy. The red carpet also makes the look a bit creepy

the room I booked was for 2 people. on the booking it was down as 1 only. But I checked the price for 1 and 2 pax it is the same apart from if we wanted breakfast we pay for extra breakfast, Called hotel they confirmed this. On check in at 2.30pm we were told there is an extra guest charge, which I refused, I asked if there was room service and mini bar in the room, answer was yes to both. Gets to the room, 2 bottles of water in the fridge, no coffee or tea making, only 1 set of toiletries. Asked for room service for a coffee, sorry sir closed now, open again tomorrow Absolute rubbish hotel

Good location for my purposes. Not near downtown so much more quiet than I expected.

There are not really any good eating options nearby. The closest was the Clark Hotel which was pretty good.

Breakfast was adequate, I asked for extra eggs for a small charge. Hotel has good security and someone always at the front desk. I swam in the pool every morning and loved it.

Shower wasn’t working properly only a trickle and no hot water. Couldn’t take a shower because the water was too cold and no water coming out from the shower head especially in the morning only drips of water. Toilet seat was lose and the seat doesn’t stand up when using it by my husband. Breakfast was horrible. Ice cold fried eggs, tocino and tapa were cold too. DISGUSTING! 🤮🤮 No lift to use in the building. After travelling 24 hours from the UK we were expecting a comfortable stay but it wasn’t. Very disappointing and uncomfortable.

The advertising would indicate this an actual, open hotel. Unfortunately it is essentially closed, no restaurant or additional services. On a positive note the security guards were pleasant and helpful.

Assistance when checking in - Please remind your staff to inform the customer that free breakfast is only good for two ( P200 each for excess heads) and there's only 2 water dispensers in the hotel - one at the conference room for breakfast buffet and one at the ground floor. Should they wish to drink something hot, they just need to walk from their rooms to the ground floor.

ROOM - Spacious, clean, insect-free, aircon is working properly. We got adjoining rooms, very convenient for a family of 8. Wifi is strong, i was able to work for a few hours BREAKFAST - Simple yet satisfying. You can eat within the conference room/ pool area or bring it up to your room. POOL - Clean and inviting. You can see the pool from your window.
