IrelandThe WiFi was not strong enough as anounced, I had to work using mobile phone's 5G as the WIFI was not reliable It is still being built so there is no SPA, despite of the name, if I had known this I would have selected a different one. The breakfast can be easily improved, lots of food and some ready made eggs but the quality is not of a 5* There are too many rules, they even charge you a lot for losing a towel key, you cannot make money from these things
The location is perfect, you can jump directly from the hotel to the beach, and there are many restaurants and bars in walking distance. The staff is very nice, always smiling and willing to help. Samuel is an amazing employee, always giving his best. The hotel is new and the room are big and well furbished. The pool is huge and opened many hours a day

AustraliaTook a while for us to be checked in because the staff said they were having internet issues with our room. We got let into our room 30 mins after already arriving there, which was also passed the 2pm check in time. However throughout our stay we still experienced internet issues, wifi kept cutting off and TV would often stop working. At one point all power cut off in the room, but started back up after 10-15 mins.

Hong KongThe staff were incredibly friendly and made an effort to know you personally. Their customer service was impeccable and problems were resolved swiftly. They often went above and beyond. Especially Sam at the pool and Eric at breakfast, they were fantastic! The breakfast staff were really flexible with dietary requirements and always made sure there were enough food options. The pool is beautiful and the rooms are a good size. Beds are super comfortable. The location is great, right on white beach and surrounded by restaurants.

RomaniaOur holiday in Boracay was great thanks also to all the Mandarin Staff. The room was big, clean, and the bed comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of food options to be served and great coffee. All the staff were very nice and polite. Also, the transfer from the airport and back went smoothly. We had an issue with some noisy neighbors but the hotel staff managed to help us to be satiety and happy. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Hong Kong1. The bed is very hard, difficult to relax and sleep well. It's a big issue. 2. Our romm was 317, not recommend, as behind the wall its air conditioners system that's working 24h, and for the night quite loud.. You can here it. 3. During checkout was small mistake with a bill, it's was ok, solved, bud I didn't get final bill

United Arab Emirates- - Check-in process was excessively long. - Experienced a very unpleasant smell in the first room, and the second room was even worse. we then got our third room, which was kind of them to upgrade us as we were 4 people staying together. on the 3rd night, the same smell started coming from the shower area. so much that we had to sleep with the window open at night because it was unbearable. we couldn’t even use the shower in our room but they kept not accepting that the smell is present. the smell is one of dirty drainage / dead animal. unbearable and impossible to mask. - Housekeeping staff entered the room without knocking or ringing the bell, leading to an uncomfortable situation. - Shower drainage was not functioning properly. - Lack of basic amenities such as napkins, towels, tissue paper, or hand dryer in the lobby toilet. - The customer service number provided online was fake, making it difficult to contact them before check-in. however, after finding their email online, they take about 3 working days to reply. but they very kindly called me with my provided number and organised a nice and smooth transfer to the hotel and back to the airport. - Rooms were not assigned next to each other despite being booked together.
Staff members Ms. Lovely and Mr. Samuel were very warm and polite. Additionally, the rooms were spacious and modern. and it comes with 2 sizes of beach slippers which u can use and a small beach bag that you can take for your day out, to return, which is very helpful and considerate. also, the prices and organisation of activities are reasonable and very nicely done. so book from the hotel itself. Transfer to and from hotel is good and smooth with a lot of help. people are very kind and helpful.
