AustraliaOnly supplying one roll of toilet paper, not having seperate shampoo & conditioner, the noise every night is very loud and breakfast was average but the omelette made fresh is really good. The rooms need sound proofing. There are signs everywhere throughout the hotel floor and rooms advising of “quiet zone” however, the whole hotel has very audible music blasting to the early hours of the morning… Sort of contradicting.
Design and aesthetic, nice rooms, good TV and streaming services available, location, complimentary desserts, arrival experience was very good.

AustraliaMy only negative is the hotel is quite noisy at night time. I could hear people coming back to their rooms. I am a light sleeper.
The breakfast was great, buffet style. The location is in station 2. Right on the beach near all the bars and restaurants. I enjoyed the rooftop pool and view.

AustraliaIt was a bit difficult to get to in a sense that if you DIY and have a lot of big heavy luggage like we did, then it could get tricky because we had to walk towards the beach and had to carry all our big luggages (with kids). Lucky the staffs were able to come out and help us the last minute. There's a lot of steps going into to the concierge so again, perfect for guests with minimal luggage. Room size is okay, but possibly was small for our family. The room that was provided was so close to the bar, so it was very noisy all night (again, could be the perfect location of you want to be near the party scene). We went during the soft opening phase, so we thought that the $$$ spent to book in wasn't so bad but there are other more established and good hotels that have the same price and I probably would have chosen to go with the other hotel. Although it was beach front and accessible to D*mall, there was too many people in front of the hotel/people trying to sell activities to you so it kinda kills the vibe, crowded beach. Would love to go back and see the whole property when it's all built and complete but would not pay full price (as mentioned there's other established hotels that offers more).
The staff were always polite and helpful when required. They made our last day in Boracay extra special by providing complementary items for our family celebrations. Staff would check in to see if we needed anything else or any help throughout our stay. The room is very clean and cozy. The buffet breakfast was okay, staff were again, very attentive and helpful. We are a family of 4 (2 adults/2 toddlers); location wise, if you want to be right in the centre of everything, water activities/mall/bars then this place is perfect.

United StatesVery accommodating and friendly staff but could use more sanitary instructions. Don’t wash used coffee cups etc. in the restroom and put them back for next use. Since this hotel is yet to be officially open, I’m sure this will be ironed out soon. In all, room was very clean, housekeeping attentive.
Location is good, beach is at your doorstep. Best location for younger, fun loving guests with its nightlife and D mall.

United StatesWe needed to relocate to a different room because construction was literally happening on the walls outside our room. Unfortunately, when they relocated us it was near the front desk and area where breakfast is served. This area can become very noisy especially in the evenings because it near where the have live bands and singers. The hotel is new so they have growing pains.
Beautiful hotel on beach front on Station 2 of Boracay! Convenient to everything. Breakfast is outstanding. The staff are attentive, friendly and overall Fantastic! Beautiful infiniti pool overlooking the beach. We would definitely book here again!

Serbiathere is no terrace, no window to fresh air, ventilation is not done properly, so you can often feel the humidity in the room and sometimes an unpleasant smell. when you come on vacation, this is an important thing, both for drying things and for fresh air. I hope that somehow manages to solve that

We loved the customer service. The porter, front desk, cleaners, dining staff service exceeded our expectations. Granted our request regarding check-in. Love their greeting and gesture of placing right hand on the chest as a sign of service from the heart whenever we see them. Rooms were excellent in every way with surprise dessert every night.
