We stayed here for one night. The location is walkable via the runway skybridge from airport T3. The property provided all the basic necessities required for a stay over and is really spacious and clean. It is close to Marriott hotel so the area is quite posh. The resort security guards are quite strict so we feel really safe.

This place is way underpriced. It is very obvious that a lot of thought has been put into the design and the owner truly cares about the comfort of his guests. Even though I only stayed one night for a layover, I could easily stay in this apartment for much longer.

Our second stay at Sarasota during this Philippines holiday. This time we stayed at unit 3B. Close to the airport and Manila city.. Very comfortable apartment with all the amenities one needs. Both the living room and bedroom have separate air-conditioning units. Little kitchen with a fridge, microwave and washing machine. Quiet location. Security guards present day and night. Very safe area with many good restaurants. The owner is very flexible and accommodating.

Nice and cozy apartment in a top exclusive area, with everything included. Excellent wifi, fridge, 5 liter bottle of distilled water, cooktop, microwave. Very safe apartment building with a lot of security patrolling, also in the streets close to the residency. Very close to good restaurants.

No complaints. I used this during a layover. I don't know how much there is to do in this area when you stay longer.

This is a nice and cosy apartment right next to Terminal 3 of Manila Airport. The room is clean and well-maintained. The A/C is also working well. For the price, this was an excellent stay. The host was always responsive and check-in was easy. I've been in several AirBnB's in the Philippines and this was one of the best, I would stay here again. The bed is large and good for two people (other AirBnBs often have a rather tiny bed for 2 people).

Apt compound was undergoing some renovations and on the corridor leading to the apartment, there was a foul smell. Fortunately it didn’t penetrate the apartment.

Wanted a place close to the airport and this satisfied it. Apartment was clean and checkin was easy. Also had everything needed.

The owner allowed a late check-in, which was very appreciated. The place is quite well located if you have a long transit at Manila airport, Terminal 3 is reachable by foot in about 10 minutes. The flat is simple but acceptably comfy, plus at a good price.

Accessibility as it is near the airport. The property was so clean, and the owner/caretaker was so considerate enough to allow me to check in very early. I was able to rest well coming from a very long flight.

We were there less than 12 hours, and we had everything we needed for our short stay. I wish we could have stayed another day or 2, and explored the area more.

It was perfect for an overnight stay before a morning flight from airport terminal 3. Address was complete and accurate for the taxi to get us right to the apartment complex, where the guard was expecting us, and Manny met us there and helped get us to our room, even though we arrived later than planned. Although the building was in a busy area, with stores and restaurants nearby, the apartment itself was nice and quiet after a hectic day of traveling. Manny was also able to take us to the airport for a reasonable fee, so we didn't have to deal with a taxi or Grab.

Mr. Manny is nice and accommodating. Facilities in the condo are complete. The place is very nice, clean and neat. Accessible to taxis, jeepneys and very near to airports and malls.
