We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe hotel is massively overpriced for Calamba. Clearly for people living oversees visiting family or for business. There is no soundproofing. We had 2 rooms on 2 separate stays and all of them were too loud from the noise of guests/staff being loud in the corridors and shouting from room to room.
Everything was fairly new. Room service was good and reception staff were welcoming and helpful. Location was perfect for purpose of our stay.
