The little unused stage at the side of the pool has been there since our last visit in July 2022 and is a bit of an eyesore

Clean rooms, great friendly staff. Been here multiple times and every time it has been exceptional! The breakfast is still the best I’ve found in Cebu. There is something for everyone; even more European food like croissants, good coffee and pastries can be found here.

The bathroom could be improved (water would come out of the shower area, there was no space under the door so every time we opened it, it would bunch the mat up, needs more hanging racks/hooks, just little things that would make a noticeable difference) and the room could use some more well-placed outlets. Lounging furniture at the pool really needs to be updated as the umbrellas are moldy and in pretty sad shape. No covered parking (we ended up with ants, leaves and flowers all over our car), and whenever there was an event at the hotel the parking area would always be very full.

Complimentary breakfast buffet was excellent, room was well-lit and conducive for working with a good desk, chair and desk lamp and fast, reliable internet, bed was comfortable. The pool was really nice. Staff were very helpful and efficient. Room service was great, fast service and delicious food, particularly the pizza and the lechon kawali. The mango cheesecake from the hotel lobby cafe was amazing, we had it 3 times!

It was a decent stay. Although the staff was quite inconsistent. Some were nice, some, not so much. The food was good, though. I really liked the breakfast, quite a good selection.

Staff needed some kind of customer service training. My original room didn’t function well and my husband and I needed to be transferred to another room which was awfully inconvenient.

Breakfast was more than I bargained for. Staff was not readily available and wasn’t enthusiastic to allow us where we wanted to be seated. Staff need more training.

Room wasn't available until 3pm which is annoying when freshening up and changing after a long journey. This hotel condition was stated on the booking.com website. The stylishly decorated room could use a fresh coat of paint in certain areas

There was loud music outside coming from the small houses nearby. The hotel windows did a great job to lessen the noise. However, it was still just a bit bothersome. The restaurants were incredibly expensive. But the service is great and the steaks were aaaamaaazing!

We loved the overall ambiance and the superbly trained efficient happy smiling staff. We also loved that our room was completely made up every day. The breakfast buffet was amongst the best we have experienced with an amazing choice being continuously refreshed up till end of service.
