The location is near SM, Session Raod, and Parks walking distance. The room is clean, but the CR has a smell that needs to be deodorized. The room is great and clean. Will surely be back again to this place :) Thanks to the host because they reply to my request.

The bunk bed is nice but mattress is leather.. For me leather bed is not advisable if it is not air-conditioned room.. Our back sweat a lot during our sleep, i think this is why we got sick after few days.. 2nd, we were not able to utilize the bunk bed because it was not set up to be use.. Maybe because we are only 2 adults and 1 kid, it was assumed that we will no longer need the upper deck.. my niece was excited to experience it but it was also leather and no bed sheet so 3 of us sleep altogether in the lower bed only

Convenient location, easy check in and out.. Enough kitchen utensils since we stayed for 1 week and we cooked sometimes

Actually one comment is that as.per the policy keep the noise it says from 2200h-0600h But the other night on the floor where we are staying loud music was heard considering it was late at night and also it was a weekday. So hopefully if that's the policy then everyone should abide with it.

I didnt get the unit as per advertised in booking.com which i had been booked for staying in baguio as for no reason and explanation they had provided us an alternative unit. For me it was fine and accepted but for some people who will not understand this may cause issue towards the bussiness and for the upcoming customers. Therefore, booking advertisement is required for improvement and shall be arranged properly.

The staffs are accomodating. Location is good.

No tissue paper in the toilet, sofa was a bit old

Loved our stay! The place was spacious, clean, had the right furnishings, with balcony and electric fan. They were very responsive to my questions and were very accommodating! Appreciated their extra effort to help us with our luggage when we arrived earlier than checkin. Ms. Mary Jane was very helpful! Few mins walk to Session road and Baguio Cathedral. It was easy to walk to SM as well (7-10mins). Highly recommended!

The location is within town proper, accessible to Session Rd, Baguio Cathedral and SM Baguio. We love the ambiance and the unit itself. Very aesthetic and clean, well organized. The staff is friendly and approachable.

Imagine spending your most awaited vacation with a 6 hour drive just to find out that your accommodation doesn't have water and electricity.The owner did not even notify us ahead of time that there will be water and power interruption when they already know it's been scheduled prior to our stay.Total waste of money.

when you enter the room the smell is awful.the internet wasn't working so we needed to contact the staff the next day to fix the problem.the staff was nice and approachable.the water interruption on our first day was annoying,because we can't shower after traveling the whole day.
