Water pressure was not always working but this was fixed in minutes. They are also situated in the outskirts of town, bit, I suppose, it is part of the deal and should not prevent me to give them a 10.

A family operated establishment, super nice and helpful people. Gave good advices regarding tour programs and helped with scooter rental and booking of boat to Bohol. The ocean is in their backyard, so only a few steps - and one can be swimming/snorkeling. Very clean, good AC.

LOVED STAYING HERE! Amazing family, really nice place, and its on the water with swimming access? Say less this place is literally the best. It was so clean too! The furniture was all in good condition, so were the sheets! Split A/C. Very cool. The views are incredible. You can also order food when staying here, there is a delivery service they order from. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Maybe there is a bit leakage problem for the toilet, so you won’t get enough water to flush it. I use the flusher beside the toilet to flush it.

Love the room, and especially the nice host. There are hair dryer, TV, refrigerator, full body mirror, sofa, and separation for the shower and toilet. The most important thing is that its price is great for this room and service.

The hosts were very helpful and friendly. The room is spacious is clean. There is a veranda and roof deck where you can get a very nice view of the sea. It has a safe parking space as well. Value for money!

Hidden gem, they had a cold and hot water dispenser right outside the room,  right next to the sea, spacious, an Aircon room, very helpful owner, who helped us book a tricycle to the port and our trips whilst we were in Oslob, the room was very clean and comfy beds.

It would be good to have a glass or cup in the room for making hot drinks-kettle provided. The sign for Melronz could be made more obvious. Only the 'onz' is visible. It is especially hard to find in the dark.

Evelyn and Lito were lovely; warm, friendly and accommodating. It felt like I was staying with a family. They even included me in a family celebration. The room itself was lovely, spacious and lightfilled. I ended up hiring Lito to drive me to Moalboal, then Maya (destination Malapascua) and finally back to Cebu for my outbound flight. Lito is an excellent and reliable driver. I can highly recommend them as hosts.

Absolutely nothing to complain about.

A clean and spacious room, comfortable beds, working A/C, TV. The family who owns the place is super friendly and helpful. You can organize the tours and the transportation with them. There aren't many rooms to rent, so they make sure you are well taken care of but they definitely give you your space if you need it. Just a bit of a walk to the town but we didn't mind at all.
