The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff helped us carry our things to our room. They were incredibly friendly and truly added to the positive atmosphere. The staff's local knowledge was invaluable! They not only recommended where to find the best Empanadas in Vigan, but also suggested renting a kalesa for a charming city tour. It was clear they wanted to ensure we had a fantastic experience in Vigan. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary toiletries provided.  This combination of friendly service, clean accommodations, and insider tips made our stay truly memorable. Plus, the location couldn't be beat! Just a short walk from the lively plaza and a block away from Calle Crisologo, the heart of Vigan's historic district. We could easily explore the sights on foot and soak up the unique atmosphere of the town. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vigan!

The room is not sound proof. My sister and I can hear it when people talks on the Hallways. The sink in the toilet is very small. There we so little options for a european breakfast, but very good for the filipinos. The Staff at the breakfast hall were not that helpful.

The breakfast was great for filipinos. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is minutes away from Calle Crisologo. The staffs at the hotel reception were a great help for our questions.

Over-all, the hotel facilities are okay. Just need to add a drainage outlet at the toilet to avoid floor flooding everytime the guest uses the toilet and the shower.

We really like the buffet breakfast, there are many food choices and unlimited coffee and iced tea. Likewise, it is great to have a canteen (Cantina Mercante) in the hotel for it provides convenience and options for the guests to look for any available lunch or dinner after a tour of the city.

We were in room 102 on the ground floor of the hotel near the reception desk and when we came in the room there are some mosquitoes and flies flying.

They serve complimentary buffet breakfast and it is within walking distance from Calle Crisologo. Very nice staff as well.

Though staff were friendly, they were not really very helpful with our needs. Before I even booked for the hotel, I messaged the property if they have a microwave and fridge available to be used since we have a toddler travelling with us. One staff replied and confirmed they are available for customer use, but when we were there, the same staff who replied to my query refused to heat up my baby’s food and just apologized. I requested for a face towel and an extra pillow but just told me no extra pillow case available and they don’t have any face towel at the hotel. My sister requested to clean the kettle in their room because it has a coffee stain in it. After the staff cleaned it for her, the coffee stain was still there, so my sister was the one who cleaned the kettle and was able to remove the stain.

We booked for 3D/2N, the hotel is clean enough and it’s near to Calle Crisologo you can explore by walking. It was a breeze to request for our in-house nail services too.

May be the hotel staff just forgot to leave us toothpaste and toothbrush in our room but the other rooms of my travel companions had kits in their room BUT this is just minor issue.

The location of the property is ok since it is near Calle Crisologo and the area. The breakfast is also ok although I would want to suggest that there should also be dessert included in the breakfast buffet. The hotel has a very welcoming ambiance, the staff are courteous and are very helpful. They even helped us with the parking slot for our vehicle since we stayed for three nights. Then they also inspected the rooms making sure that we never left anything valuable.

What we didn't like is no service phone inside the room, the internet was fluctuating all the time. Although i raised this minimal issues to either Sofie or Sarah about the rules they made customer signed was too long so i guess not everybody read it b4 signing so better mention it to every customer to avoid misunderstanding. After 3 days we requested for cleaning our room but to our surprise they only cleaned it without changing the beddings and towels, and no extra tissues. though they offer to do it the following morning and gave us the new set of towels and toiletries. Overall, it was a good stay and happy to recommend it to our friends and to everybody. FYI though b4 coming to Vigan be sure to get ready to eat b4 9pm because everything close their kitchen at 9 and so quiet by 10pm, which is so inconvenient for all the tourist i guess bcoz we're their for a vacation not to sleep early 😂 🤣.

We liked the service, location and the place. Staffs are nice and so approachable.
