No slippers, no toothbrush/toothpaste and no air conditioner just the electric ceiling fan. Once you turned off the light the ceiling fan will also turn off.

Customer desk on the third floor of the building, presentable signage would be nice. Bed sheet need to be asked. Old fashioned door locks.

Nice location north of Burnham Park, easy walk to the park. Plenty of decent budget restaurants. Fast elevator access. Convenient transport spot.

The room wasn’t very clean, the floor was sticky. We had to sleep one night with the ceiling fan’s light on because it doesn’t turn off without a remote, which you have to ask from the front desk.

The rooms we got have windows facing the wall of the next building. While its allows some ventilation, it made the room dark even during the day. Next time, I will select the rooms with windows. I also suggest that the staff maintains a list of pet friendly restaurants for its guests as it is likely the guests with pets will ask for recommendations.

the towels need to be replaced....looks untidy and worn out. the tiles in the shower area is slippery, maybe a rubber mat can be provided to avoid accident.

the location was perfect! accessible to everything you need in the city, from bus terminal to reataurants, Burnham Park, to SM Baguio and just a street beside it was the Good Taste Restaurant...i like their common terrace/balcony where you can have hot coffee while watching the sunrise and view the city lights at night as well. there is mineral water dispenser in every floor. The staff were all accommodating and helpful.

Not that clean. I had to clean the bathroom, and found some hair and lots of black stone-like things. The bed is tolerable though.

It’s super close to Good Taste and Burnham Park, and it has a 24-hour coffee shop with good internet just downstairs. So it’s super convenient + good for someone like me who work during trips.

it is right beside burnham, seconds away from session road, and loads of shops and resto around. they provide spacios rooms, good view not from the room but from the floor balcony, spacious bathroom.

I didn't care for Baguio itself. It was very crowded and transportation up and down the mountain was difficult. The bus ride is very easy to feel sick. The bus dropped us at the mall and it was impossible to get a taxi. We had to walk across town to get to the hotel. With luggage. The hotel is fine. The Town itself is not worth it in my opinion. Of course... You have to invest in screen for the window. ` \°⁠_⁠o⁠)⁠/⁠¯

Walls are really thin. Our room is the last room at the end of the hallway and we can still clearly hear the elevator sounds. Since it’s in front of the jeep terminal, it can get really loud too specially in the morning until the afternoon making it hard to take a nap. The shower doesn’t have a curtain or walls so when you take a shower the water gets everywhere and makes the floor slippery. Slipped once since the floor stays wet for a while.

Location is great, right next to Burnham Park, Good Taste Restaurant, Watsons, and Puregold. There’s a 24 hour cafe downstairs and there’s a jeep terminal at the entrance. Staff are nice, they let us drop off our bags before check in and let us leave it there after checkout while waiting for our bus. Free water dispenser. Free toiletries. Not hard to find a taxi since its near major roads.

The room did not have a fridge, the ceiling fan did not have the option to turn off the light so we had to sleep with no fan, the hot water would randomly turn off and would not deem it consistent.

I liked how I was walking distance to Burnham Park, restaurants and bars, taxi’s aren’t necessary as most things are only a walk away. Staff are very friendly
